Day one of install…..

Afternoon everyone….

Today was the first day of the kitchen install. The actual work went well, but the ride down was horrific. The job site is just over a hundred miles south of me. It should’ve taken about two hours.

BUT…… a broken down vehicle that was in between two lanes caused a massive traffic jamb. It took me over an hour to go four miles. What is worse is that the person was standing in the middle of the highway!!!!! Can’t fix stupid.

My shiny today…

This is the last round of the Egyptian Gods series. This was announced during the presale of this round.

History

Ra, the sun god, was central to ancient Egyptian beliefs. Known as the creator of life, Ra was believed to have emerged from the waters of chaos to shape the world and create humanity from his tears. Over centuries, Ras role expanded, blending with other deities like Amun to form Amun-Ra, a powerful figure symbolizing creation and kingship.

I have been a huge fan of this series since its inception. The designs and detail in the strikes is spectacular.

Yes, sometimes I commute to a meeting place, and it takes me over two hours because of some traffic. I hate days like that! But, glad to know that you have started the kitchen install. Are we expecting photos? It's been a while since you posted photos of the work that you do!
I think you have the most complete collection of the Egyptian gods series. Beautiful!!!
