Legendary warriors series…

Afternoon everyone…

Today is yet another addition to the stack that was final in my possession after the silvergoldstackers meet up in Las Vegas. Yeah, I had quite a haul of stuff waiting for me thanks to my buddy and fellow stacker.

This is the fifth release of the Legendary Warrior series produced by the Silvertowne Mint. It’s Genghis Khan and they did a fantastic job on this round in my opinion.

Here is a little info on the round…

One Of The World’s Most Feared Warlords

Rising from the vast grassy steppes of Mongolia, the story of Genghis Khan is a tale of world conquest that’s full of kidnappings, bloodshed, love, and revenge. In carving out for himself the largest empire in human history, Genghis Khan and his Mongol army subjugated more lands and people in 25 short years than the Roman Empire did over the course of more than four centuries. With a legacy and a name that is still felt today 800 years after his death, Genghis Kahn is the epitome of the bloodthirsty warlord. For this he has earned a place here as part of the “Legendary Warriors” series!

Released on behalf of Niue, a small island nation in the South Pacific Ocean, this exciting collectible really brings the saga of Genghis Khan to life! It depicts the fearsome warlord dressed in his battle armor astride his war horse with a saker falcon perched on his arm. And, while this piece it is not a legal-tender coin, it was struck in a Troy ounce of highly pure 99.9% fine silver and comes in gleaming Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition with razor-sharp details that are crisp and rippling with intense action thanks to its unsurpassed level of detail!

Now what you are waiting for….

That is a really cool piece! I was awfully disappointed when Netflix cancelled the Marco Polo series that was on. It was really interesting to see their taken on how Genghis Khan was.

I've noted that Niue has one of the best coin series in this business!!

And their designs are dope too!

Beside reading about this guy previous to this post, I remember that I had seen him somewhere before.

He was in Mulan!!
A Disney princess film I watched (because of my sisters) fourteen years ago.

Funny how Disney depicted these historical figures for kids without them even knowing...
