2024 PAMP Suisse Hologram 50 gram Silver Lunar Dragon Bar

A magnificent Chinese dragon, a symbol of strength, power, and fortune, is depicted holographically in this unique bar.

All identifying markings on a 50 gram silver bar are enclosed within an assay card. To further safeguard the Assay card, an exterior box with a theme design is also included.

2024 PAMP Suisse Hologram 50 gram Silver Lunar Dragon Bar

This is the first edition in the new Lunar Series from PAMP Suisse. It is a 50-gram silver Lunar Dragon bar, adorned with an alluring holographic.

A selective hologram is precisely applied to the bar to capture the dragon's shimmering skin. A product of the renowned PAMP Suisse refinery.

-Stunning Year of the Dragon Hologram visuals.
-Contains 50 grams of .9999 pure silver.
-The obverse features a powerful dragon.
-On the reverse is the common design for the series.

On the reverse of the silver bar shows the back of the same image of Dragon, with a weight of 50 g, silver, a fineness of 999.9, and serialized number 3921. These are also included in the red assay card, along with the signature of the certified assayer.

The early 1990s saw the introduction of holograms on commemorative coins. Although holograms are increasingly used in cryptocurrencies as labels to protect security codes, they are primarily inserted for eye-catching adornment and to spark curiosity among numismatists.

The composition of holograms, which are made up of tiny lines carved into coin dies, varies according to the viewing angle. The picture deteriorates along with these micro-grooves, as they are prone to doing during the minting process and when handled. Therefore, even though holograms provide an extra layer of protection (they are frequently employed to safeguard bank notes and other high-value documents), they are not appropriate for high-circulation or large-volume manufacture.

I am guessing that this is the reason for the limited mintage of this series, which is 8,888.

These two bars overshadow the Fortuna Silver in my collection of pressed bars. Having a cardboard case on top of the assay card alone is added expense! But I got the Azure at a good price.🤗

Very nice! I like how the reverse is a continuation of the obverse; almost like you're passing it and look behind to see the backside. Very cool! Thanks for sharing sis! Love ya much!🤗💕😍😘🌹💕 !LADY !LUV !PIMP

I think that the reverse, as a continuation of the obverse, is pretty standard for animals in the Lunar series. But this is the first 50g Lunar for Pamp Suisse!
