Pamp Suisse 1oz Silver Bar, I got from Hawaii

The 1925 California Silver Half Dollar was not the only find at the LCS in Hawaii. I found this one too! It was brand new and the owners just got it in.

PAMP Suisse Fortuna, 1 oz Silver Bar

Well-known for their outstanding craftsmanship, PAMP Suisse products are manufactured in Switzerland.


Bar Highlights:

Contains 1 oz of .999 fine Silver.

Each bar comes in an individually sealed assay card. Multiples of 25 come in a PAMP Suisse box.

Eligible for Precious Metals IRAs.

Obverse:Features the allegorical and beautiful Fortuna design along with a cornucopia.

Reverse: PAMP Suisse logo, weight and purity along with a unique serial number.

Each bar comes with its own assay card that confirms the bars purity and authenticity as a genuine PAMP product. Every card also contains a matching number to the number stamped on its corresponding bar. This is an important security feature for the mint and nearly all PAMP products come with individualized assay cards.

Lady Fortuna is the ancient Roman goddess of fortune. Her hands are shown as receiving riches poured from the silvery cornucopia.


This intricate design work is a hallmark of the PAMP mint located in Switzerland. Since its founding in the 1970s, PAMP has evolved to become one of the world's leading mints. It is known for its excellent craftsmanship and outstanding artistry.

I have not been getting these ones, in fact this is my first one, due to their very high premiums.
Perhaps if it was lower? And I don't have a LCS near me. I am glad I acquired this one, @silvertop !

When you went to the coin shop in Hawaii, did they charge tax on your silver purchase, just curious.......
I am fortunate that Washington State treat silver and gold as money, there is no tax for precious metals!😇

Beautiful bar but Im surprised it comes just like a gold or platinum bar, serialized and everything they going all out for an oz of silver.

Really nice bar. But i think the real fortuna had good and bad fate in the cornucopia. Of course this is not really representable - well maybe silver coins stand for good fate !LADY :D
