I work in a bike city... one of the bike friendliest cities in the United States.


When before this area for bike racks would be filled with bikes...


... today there's only one. A lone bike.


When do you think the pandemic will end?

This town is usually bustling with bikes, and nowhere can you go without seeing a bike!

The shadows of the branches in the first picture are arguably even better than the lone bike. I guess everyone was out with there bikes.

The pandemic can't end soon enough! That's for sure! Your shadow pictures are a testimony to what was isn't any longer. I just hope that eventually, we can ditch the social distancing, the masks and be able to hug family and friends once again!

That's very good to hear @silversaver888, up here it depends on what small town you are in. In the bigger city everyone wears a mask, in some of the small towns, not so much .......
We attend Church once again from home, where once a Month we lead Worship (from home).
We just found out that in our old Church someone had Corona and it spread....
They just stopped in person Worship because of the outbreak! Many at Church do not wear a mask......

Glass half full and all that. Hopefully more cyclists will start going out and the pandemic will dissipate. Can't happen soon enough.

They are good shades.
I would like to be able to ride a bicycle here in my country. But... there is always a but.

The pandemic will never leave my friend. Maybe some vaccines will come out to really immunize us. In that if I have my faith.

I am working at getting caught up making comments on this week's entries! I am so behind! I love this shadow shot and in a way it is encouraging that people are staying home and being safe and also horrible that we are all living like this.

I know right! It doesn't seem to be letting up.
But perhaps it will be better.
Certainly, there is a greater appreciation for technology as a means of communication.
That there are several things you can do without having to physically meet.
Less cost of doing business...
