The Ultimate, Quick, Easy, Fresh Greek Salad
The P E R F E C T salad on a #SublimeSunday!
This is a quick and easy salad, yet filling and satisfying!
Ingredients:
Cucumber
Red Onion
Tomatoes
Greek Feta Cheese
Sliced Turkey
Olive Oil or Avocado Oil, which I prefer.
Red Wine Vinegar
Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon is good!
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
Cover and shake
Pour into a serving bowl
Serve

Greek salad or horiatiki salad (Greek: χωριάτικη σαλάτα[b] or θερινή σαλάτα) is a salad in Greek cuisine generally made with pieces of tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, feta cheese, and olives (typically Kalamata olives) and dressed with salt, Greek oregano, lemon juice and olive oil. Common additions include green bell pepper or caper berries (especially on the Cyclades islands). Greek salad is often imagined as a farmer's breakfast or lunch, as its ingredients resemble those that a Greek farmer might have on hand.

This looks absolutely fresh and delicious! I'd love to try this out soon, though I’ll be swapping out the turkey for some yummy vegetarian alternatives. Maybe some roasted chickpeas or tofu for that extra protein crunch! Greek salads never disappoint, and this one looks extra special with your twist!

Yummy! super duper yummy. MY godmother prepare this one every time I asked her to make this when I would say I would visit her. This is her favorite and I like it too so we both enjoyed eating this while we chitchat.
