Guys I almost got some extra @acitfit steps today.....Running!
I was out in my driveway shaking this string trimmer to mix up last year’s gas before starting it and......😲
Either a Hawk or an eagle swooped down at me probably protecting their babies!
I could feel the air rush by my head!
Silvertop now knows what it’s like to be attacked by a Bird of Prey!!👀
That was exciting, then it was time for lunch and reading some @actifit post, and leaving some encouraging comments!👍
Much mowing after lunch, and finally the Mrs was home and we got to enjoy a nice Mountain hike, and watch the Sun start to set towards Vancouver BC.

They IV'd him with antibiotics I think, because he had all of the symptoms.
He is still weak, but much better!🤗

I have experienced this off and on, @silversaver888. I think they are tweaking things at times. Sometimes the photos load the next day.....go figure, sometimes they don't load at all.🙃
