Here is my latest work.

Hello friends! I have been absent for a while in this wonderful community, but today I have the opportunity to share with you my latest work, which I created for a dear friend. I think many of you have already understood what I'm referring to with this scene that I recreated on a small wooden panel. As you may have guessed, my friend is a big fan of Harry Potter, so I decided to make him this birthday gift, and I hope he will love it very much.

I dedicated time and effort to capture every detail and make this artwork an authentic tribute to the Harry Potter universe.

For me, this was the first time I engraved on wood, and I must say that the difficult part was choosing the right piece of wood for the engraving. I didn't know that I had to be very careful to find something smooth and free of imperfections, such as knots, which could compromise the work.

Moreover, those who follow me here on Hive know very well that I am very busy with work, so I really had little time to do this. However, it was a challenge for me, and I hope you will let me know if the result was good.

I had bought this engraver some time ago, and after getting familiar with the tool and doing several tests on pieces of wood, I gained confidence in the technique and the pressure to apply during the engraving. I realized that practicing engraving frequently is the key to improving.
