Hello friends! Today I want to share with you the photos I took during my holiday in Apulia this summer. As many of you know, I am an art lover and also a professional. When I travel around Italy, I often come across works of art that embellish houses and villages. On this trip I visited the small town of Casalabate, in the province of Lecce, where I was able to admire the street art that has given a new look to the walls of houses and public buildings, thanks to the masterpieces of the best national and international artists.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, Italy is not yet ready for this type of art, perhaps due to a question of mentality. These artistic masterpieces, even if made with spray cans, beautify small towns and unfortunately, another thing I have often noticed in Italy, is that there is too much vandalism. These works of art do not last long because they are ruined by stupid people.

another thing that people don't appreciate about this type of art is the fact that for some it's a bit of a second-rate art, that is, it's not seen as classical painting and this is quite sad for me.

If in my travels around Italy I happen to come across other works of art, I want to photograph them and share them with you in this wonderful community. I think it is important to make these works known to the world. Thank you for reading this short post and I hope you enjoyed the photos. See you soon!
