I made delicious Brinjal Tilapia fish curry recipe

Materials / Quantity

Brinjal / 250 grams)
Tilapia fish 300/Grams
Salt / 1.5 table spoons
tumaric / 1 table spoons
Onion. / 1 piece
Garlic. / 1 piece
Green chilli. / 10 pieces
Dry red chilli. / 3 pieces
Cumin / 5 grams
Black pepper /2 grams
Ginger. /3 grams
Garam masala /3 grams
Mustrad oil. /160 grams
Water as needed

Preparation

Firstly

I collected 250 grams brinjal. After that I cut brinjal as needed .

Secondly

I romoved Tilapia fish shells slidely and cut this tilapia fish as wish.

Thirdly

Onion are sliced
Garlic are sliced
Green chilli are sliced

Fourtly

After gathering all masala elements , I made garam masala paste .

Processs

Step 1

I added mustrad oil in pan. After heating this oil , I admixed tilapia fish in pan. I fried tilapia fish . After frying tilapia fish , I picked up this fish from pan .

Step : 2

I added brinjal with green chilli in pan.After that I admixed tumaric , salt and water as needed in pan.

Step: 3

I boiled brinjal curry sometimes with water . I added frying tilapia fish with brinjal in pan.After boiling 10-12 minutes , I added garam masala paste with lobster curry .

Step: 4

After boiling tilapia fish curry , I Picked up tilapia fish curry from pan.

Step : 5

Onion and garlic slices are fried in a little mustrad oil . 60 grams of mustrad oi is then heated in pan for sometime.

Step:6

Frying onion and garlic ,added Tilapia fish curry again in pan.

Step: 7

Finally boiled lobster curry 8-10 minutes .

After tilapia fish curry with brinjal completely , I picked up this tilapia fish curry from oven.Thus I made delicious Tilapia fish curry recipe with brinjal .
