Ingredients
Ol branch 500 grams
Frying illish fish 300 grams
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoons
Onion 1 pieces
Raw chilli 12 pieces
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 50 grams
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
At first I collected Ol branch from Ol garden.I removed Ol shells and cut Ol and washed with fresh water .
Step 2
I cut green chilli ,chopped onion .
Step 3
I made garam masala paste and had taken 1/2 tablespoons dry chilli .
Step 4
I had taken frying illish fish for making this Ol branch curry recipe .
Step 5
I mixed 50 grams mustrad oil in pan.I admixed onion with heat oil and added Ol branch with frying onion in pan.
Step 6
I mixed raw chilli with Ol branch in pan.
Step 7
I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with Ol branch in pan.
Step 8
I admixed water as needed with Ol branch in pan.
Step 9
I added frying illish fish with Ol branch in pan.I mixed garam masala paste and dry chilli powder with this curry .I boiled this curry 15-16 minutes in pan.
Step 10
After completing Ol branch curry recipe , i picked up this curry from pan.Thus I made delicious Ol branch curry recipe with illish fish .
