Homemade delicious Pabda fish vuna recipe
Ingredients
Pabda fish 330 grams
Tumaric 1.5 table spoons
Salt 1.5 table spoons
Mustrad oil 150 grams
Garlic 1 pieces
Onion 2 pieces
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoons
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
First of all I collected 330 pabda fish for making pabda fish vuna recipe .
Step 2
After cuting this pabda fish ,I washed this pabda fish with fresh water .
Step 3
I chopped onion after removing onion shells.I cut garlic.
Step 4
I made garam masala paste with raw chilli and with all ingredients.
Step 5
I mixed 1/2 tablespooons tumaric and 1/2 tablespoons salt with Pabda fish properly .
Step 6
I admixed 100 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating this mustrad oil , I admixed pabda fish in pan . I fried this pabda fish heat oil in pan .
Step 7
After frying pabda fish ,I picked up this frying pabda fish from pan .
Step 8
I admixed water as needed in pan. I mixed 1 tablepoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with water in pan. I boiled this water sometimes .
Step 9
I admixed frying pabda fish mixing water in pan and green chilli with pabda fish in pan.
Step 10
I mixed 1/2 tablespoons dry chilli powder and 1/2 tablespoons garam masala powder with pabda fish in pan .
Step 11
I admixed garam masala with pabda fish in pan .
Step 12
After boiling pabda fish curry 15-16 minutes ,I picked up this pabda fish curry from pan.
Step 13
After heating 50 grams mustrad oil in pan , I added onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan. I fried this onion ,garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan .
Step 14
I admixed pabda fish curry with frying onion garlic in pan again . I boiled this pabda fish vuna recipe 7-8 minutes in pan .

After completing this pabda fish vuna recipe, I picked up this pabda fishrecipe from pan. Thus I made delicious pabda fish Vuna recipe.
