Anyone will make this pitha recipe easily. I will request everyone that you can try this poa pitha recipe. Now I am sharing delicious poa pitha recipe .

Ingredients

Flour 250 grams
Milk powder 100 grams
Sugar 150 grams
Salt 1/2 tablespoons
Coconut 2 pieces
Soyabean oil 500 grams
Stick 2 pieces
Water as needed

Step 1

At first I gathered flour, milk powder and sugar .

Step 2

I collected two pieces of small coconut .

Step 3

I had cut coconut from the middle porson.

Step 4

I collected coconut shells from Coconut .

Step 5

I mixed heat water as needed with flour ,sugar and milk powder .

Step 6

I admixed coconut with blending above three elements .

Step 7

I blended all elements perfectly by my hand .

Step 8

I had taken two pieces of Stick for making pitha recipe.

Step 9

I added 500 grams soyabean oil in pan. I heated this oil properly.

Step 10

After heating oil, I added pitha with heat oil in pan.I fried pitha one by one in pan.

Step 11

I was frying pitha with heat oil in pan .

Step 12

After completing this pitha recipe , i picked up this pitha from pan. Thus I made delicious Poa Pitha recipe .
