How I made delicious Brinjal shrimp fish curry recipe

Eggplant ,potatoes and shrimp fish recipe are perfect combination .Really It is very popular bengali dish.Actually It is very tasteful and easy recipe. Infact Eggplant curry recipe is an absolutely homemade recipe.I love this recipe.So you can try it.

Ingredients

Eggplant 1 piece
Potatoes 5 pieces
Frying shrimp fish 100 grams
Tumaric 1 table spoons
Salt 1.5 table spoons
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 pieces
Green chilli 12 pieces
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Cumin powder 1 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 100 grams
Water as needed

Preparation and process

Step 1

At first I gathered potatoes .I removed potatoes shells I cut this potatoes and eggplant .After that i washed this elements with fresh water .

Step 2

I collected 100 grams shrimp fish.

Step 3

I chopped onion ,garlic and cut green chilli .

Step 4

I admixed Eggplant potatoes with hot mustrad oil in pan . I added 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt ,with this brinjal and potatoes in pan.

Step 5

I admixed water as needed with eggplant and potatoes in pan.

Step 6

I admixed green chilli with eggplant in pan.

Step 7

I boiled eggplant and potatoes slidely in pan.

Step 8

After boiling sometimes , i picked up it from pan.

Step 9

I fried shrimp fish with water in pan .

Step 10

I admixed that boil curry with frying shrimp fish in pan.I boiled this curry 10-12 minutes in pan.

Step 11

After boiling 13-14 minutes , I picked up this taro stolon curry from pan.

Step 12

I fried onion and garlic with hot mustrad oil in pan. and mixed garam masala powder in pan.

Step 13

I admixed this Eggplant curry again .I boiled this Eggplant curry with shrimp fish 8-10 minutes in pan .

Step 14

Thus I made delicious Eggplant curry recipe with shrimp fish .
