Fish heads are always so delicious .Fish heads has more nutritions. Really I love this any fish heads .I like most of the fish heads. Every fish heads has defrend flavor and many taste. I will request everyone that you will eat fish heads. Though we need more to eat fish heads, it is very tasteful and delicious. Today I have shared delicious pangas fish and rupachanda fish head vuna recipe .Truely this is very tasteful recipe .It is very easy and homemade recipe .Everyone will try this recipe.

Ingredients

Pangas fish head 1 piece
Rupachanda fish head 1 piece
Green chilli 14 pieces
Tumaric 1.5 table spoons
Salt 2 table spoons
Mustrad oil 250 grams
Garlic 1 pieces
Onion 1 pieces
Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Water as needed

Preparation

First of all I collected two pieces of fish heads. I gathered 1 piece of pangas fish head and 1 piece of rupachanda fish head for making this vuna recipe .I cut rupachanda fish head and pangas fish head as wish.After that I washed this pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head with fresh water .

I mixed 1 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head . I blended it properly .

I admixed 100 grams mustrad oil in pan. After this mustrad heating oil , I admixed pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head in pan . I fried this rupachanda fish head and pangas fish head in pan.

After frying pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head , I picked up this frying fish heads from pan .

I gathered fish heads vuna recipe some masala ingredients . I made paste by this ingredients.

I collected onion , garlic . I removed onion and garlic shells. I chopped onion and cut green chilli from middle porson .

I admixed 50 grams mustrad oil in pan .I heated this mustrad oil in pan. i mixed green chilli with heat mustrad oil in pan and fried green chilli slidely in pan .

After frying green chilli slidely, I added water as needed in pan.

I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt , with green chilli and water in pan .

I admixed frying pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head in pan.

I mixed garam masala paste with this fish heads recipe in pan .

I boiled pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head 14-15 minutes in pan.

I gave 50 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating mustrad oil in pan , I added onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan.
