Ingredients
Pangas fish head 1 piece
Rupachanda fish head 1 piece
Green chilli 14 pieces
Tumaric 1.5 table spoons
Salt 2 table spoons
Mustrad oil 250 grams
Garlic 1 pieces
Onion 1 pieces
Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Water as needed
Preparation
Step 1
First of all I collected two pieces of fish heads. I gathered 1 piece of pangas fish head and 1 piece of rupachanda fish head for making this vuna recipe .I cut rupachanda fish head and pangas fish head as wish.After that I washed this pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head with fresh water .
Step 2
I mixed 1 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head . I blended it properly .
Step 3
I admixed 100 grams mustrad oil in pan. After this mustrad heating oil , I admixed pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head in pan . I fried this rupachanda fish head and pangas fish head in pan.
Step 4
After frying pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head , I picked up this frying fish heads from pan .
Step 5
I gathered fish heads vuna recipe some masala ingredients . I made paste by this ingredients.
Step 6
I collected onion , garlic . I removed onion and garlic shells. I chopped onion and cut green chilli from middle porson .

I admixed 50 grams mustrad oil in pan .I heated this mustrad oil in pan. i mixed green chilli with heat mustrad oil in pan and fried green chilli slidely in pan .
Step 8
After frying green chilli slidely, I added water as needed in pan.
Step 9
I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt , with green chilli and water in pan .
Step 10
I admixed frying pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head in pan.
Step 11
I mixed garam masala paste with this fish heads recipe in pan .
Step 12
I boiled pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head 14-15 minutes in pan.
Step 13
After boiling this fish heads,I picked up this pangas fish and rupachanda fish head curry from pan.
Step 14
I gave 50 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating mustrad oil in pan , I added onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan.
Step 15
I admixed pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head curry in pan again . I boiled this fish heads vuna recipe 10-12 minutes .
Step 16
After completing this pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head vuna recipe, I picked up this recipe from pan. Thus I made delicious pangas fish head and rupachanda fish head vuna recipe.
