I had made delicious Catla fish curry recipe

Catla fish curry recipe is a homemade and easy recipe . It is very delicious food when it is tasted . Catla fish curry recipe is very heathy food .

Some months ago I had caught a small child of Catla fish from my canal . After catching catla child fish , I left the catla fish in my pond. Yesterday I had caught that catla fish from my pond . When I had caught that fish from my canal ,It became weight 100 grams . The day before when I had picked catla fish in my pond , catla fish became weight 400 grams . After catching catla fish , I had taken preparation for making catla curry fish recipe .

Ingredients

Catla fish 400 grams
Water (like needed)
Green chilli 8 pieces
Tumeric Powder
Red chilli paste
Cumin paste
Onion paste
Garlic paste
Salt.
Mustard oil
Garam Masala Paste

First of all I had cleaned Catla fish .After that I had washed fish with water . I had removed catla fish shells. After sometimes I had cut fish . Finally I had taken preparation for making this recipe .

I had mixed tumeric and salt in Catla fish .

When Mustrad oil is hot in Pan, I leave Mixing Catla fish in the pan. Thus I will fry Catla fish .

After roasting catla fish , I had admixed some water like needed . Sometimes I had boiled curry . On the whole I had taken down the whole curry . After that I blend some materials with hot oil.Such as Onion paste Garlic paste Red chilli paste , Cumin paste ,Garam masala paste etc. Sometimes I had boiled curry .Thus I had made catla fish curry recipe .

India cultivate Catla fish commercially . So Asian countries are farming Catla fish . Catla fish has demanded in the market . At present Maximum countries is selling Catla fish in market .Even those fish have been sold abroad. It is very popular fish in our country . Catla fish is known as National fish in India. Catla fish is too delicious when it is tasted .Catla fish are long and slender in shape.Catla Catla is scientific name of the Rohu fish.The head of the catla fish is big.

The body of the catla fish is wide shaped.The colors of Catla fish are silver colors. The face of Catla fish is thin. Catla fish scales are large sizes. Really Katla fish are freshwater fish. Catla fish provides eggs september month . Katla fish give two to three laks eggs in every season. Catla fish increase weights 900-1200 grams in one year. I love Catla fish too much. My family like this fish recipe.
