Ingredients
Fresh snake gourd 600 grams
Frying shrimp fish 100 grams
Tumaric 1/2 table spoons
Salt 1 table spoons
Onion 2 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Green chilli 8 pieces
Mustrad oil 2 tablespoons
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
At first I gathered 600 grams fresh snake gourd from our vegetable garden for making this fry recipe with shrimp fish .
Step 2
I removed snake gourd shells and I cut snake gourd slicely and washed with fresh water .
Step 3
After removing onion shells, I chopped onion.After collecting green chilli, I cut green chilli from middle porson.
Step 4
I admixed 2 tablespoons mustrad oil in pan and heated it .
Step 5
I mixed onion, garlic with heat oil and fried onion slidely in pan and mixed frying shrimp fish with onion garlic in pan.
Step 6
I admixed raw chilli with frying onion , garlic in pan.
Step 7
After frying onion garlic slidely, I added snake gourd with frying shrimp fish and onion and admixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and tablespoons 1 salt with this snake gourd in pan.
Step 8
After blending properly, I fried this recipe with shrimp fish 13-14 minutes in pan .
Step 9
Thus I made delicious nutritious healthy snake gourd fry recipe with frying shrimp fish .
