Everyone know that any types of dum recipes are so tasty .Most of people has eaten Potato dum recipe.But Taro roots dum recipe is not popular recipe.It is an unique and absolutely homemade recipe.You can make this taro roots dum recipe very easily.

Let's make this taro roots dum recipe

Ingredients

Taro roots 300 grams
Potato 1 piece
Onion 2 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Garam masala paste 6 tablespoons
Tumaric powder 1 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 tablespoons
Mustard oil 5 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1 tablespoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoons
Water as needed

The making of preparation and process

Collect Taro roots and remove Taro roots shells and cut this taro roots from middle portion.

Collect 1 piece potato and remove potato shells and cut this potatoes as needed.

Collect onion garlic, Raw chilli and cut this three elements as needed.and washed all elements with fresh water as needed.

Collect garam masala paste

Add 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add taro roots, potatoes and mix 1/2 tablespoons tumaric powder and 1 tablespoons salt with taro roots.

Mix water as needed with taro roots and mix raw chilli, garam masala paste and boil this taro roots 25-26 minutes in pan.

Pick up this taro roots from pan.and add mustard oil in pan and mixed onion garlic with heat mustard oil in pan.

Mix taro roots dum recipe with frying onion garlic again in pan.I boil this recipe 8-10 minutes.Thus I make delicious taro roots dum recipe.

Wow i didn't know this has another name in another country.
In my country we call it Coco yam and the potato, irish potatoes.
This must really taste well😋

This is one of my favourite vegetable. We don't cook it with potatoes though. One thing I don't like about it is that I get a lot of itching on my hands after peeling it. Do you have any such experience or it just me?

I didn't know that taro roots could be eaten when they were so small, I have usually seen them harvested and eaten much larger. This stew looks good.
