Onion | 2 pieces |
Raw chilli | 7 pieces |
Mustard oil | 4 tablespoons |
Tumaric powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Salt | 1 tablespoons |
Cumin | 1 tablespoons |
Five cordiments | 1/2 tablespoons |
Dry chilli powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Preparation and process
First of all I collected pointed gourd and pea-nut and potatoes for making this pointed gourd fry recipe.
I remove pointed gourd shells and potatoes shells.
I cut potatoes Slicely and pointed gourd Slicely.
I collected onion and raw chilli and cut slicely this both elements.
I admix mustard oil in pan and add pea-nut and fried it and pick up this frying pea-nut from pan.
I admix 3 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and onion chopping and raw chilli chopping in pan.
I mix cumin,five carminents,dry chilli powder, tumaric powder and salt in pan.
I add pointed gourd and potatoes in pan.
I blend it well in pan.I mix frying pea-nut with pointed gourd and potatoes in pan.
I fried this pea-nut pointed gourd 16 minutes in pan.After completing this pointed gourd fry recipe with Pea-nut.
Thus I made delicious healthy Pea-nut pointed gourd fry recipe.Now it is ready for serve.
