Lebenszeichen / Sign Of Life
Nach langer Zeit noch einmal ein Lebenszeichen von mir... 2 Jahre sind vergangen seit meinem letzten Posting auf HIVE.
Was hat sich in den 2 Jahren getan? Das schlimmste war wohl, das unser süsser Dalmatiner Charlie am 22.2.22 unbemerkt ausgebüxt ist und diesen Ausflug in die Freiheit mit seinem Leben bezahlt hat. Lange haben wir es ohne Hund nicht
ausgehalten und Ende Juni zog ScoobyDoo bei uns ein.
After a long time, another sign of life from me... 2 years have passed since my last posting on HIVE.
What has happened in the 2 years? The worst thing was probably that our sweet Dalmatian Charlie escaped unnoticed on February 22, 2022 and paid for this short trip to freedom with his life. We couldn't last long without a
dog and at the end of June ScoobyDoo moved in with us.
ScoobyDoo hat unsere Herzen im Sturm erobert. Er ist um einiges ruhiger als Charlie, zerfetzt nur seine Stofftiere und nicht die Sofakissen oder meine Stofftiere. Klaut nichts von der Anrichte, öffnet keine Türen, haut nicht ab wenn man die Haustüre öffnet... Trotzdem vermissen wir Charlie immer noch.

ScoobyDoo has taken our hearts by storm. He is a lot quieter than Charlie, only tears up his stuffed animals and not the sofa cushions or my stuffed animals. Don't steal anything from the counter, don't open doors, don't run away when you open the front door... But we still miss Charlie.

Was gibt es sonst noch neues? Leider nicht viel. Derzeit geniesse ich 4 Monate Urlaub und überlege noch, wo ich mit ScoobyDoo eine Woche oder zwei hinfahre. Eigentlich möchte ich ja für mein Leben gerne mal nach Schottland, aber da derzeit unser Wohnmobil nicht verfügbar ist wird es wohl eher die Ostsee. Da wollte ich auch schon immer mal hin :)
What else is new? Unfortunately not much. I'm currently enjoying a 4 month vacation and am still thinking about where I'll go with ScoobyDoo for a week or two. Actually, I would really like to go to Scotland, but since our motorhome is not available at the moment, it will probably be the Baltic Sea. I've always wanted to go there too :)
