📷 Day off at the museum

Have a nice day! Recently I visited the museum and photographed a lot of different things, but interesting and instructive. For example, did you know that even today some artists create such panoramic expositions of battles during the Great Patriotic War.

Of course, it is sad to look at them, since the artists showed both pain and hopelessness and injuries..., but we must remember our history and honor our heroes who won this harsh great war with the fascists.

We looked at various exhibits, I even saw this.

What do you think it is?

Although it's easy to guess. Of course, this is an air screw or a blade unit driven by a helicopter engine. Such blades converted the engine power into the effective driving force of thrust. Propellers of this type during the war performed additional other functions, and had special names, such as: rotor, main rotor, main rotor, tail rotor, fenestron, impeller, fan, wind generator... I can't remember all of them anymore...

In one of the halls, a Maxim machine gun was even displayed. In many war films, we have repeatedly observed his effective shooting.

But guess what it is?

In general, it is more interesting to go to such museums with excursions, although today group excursions have been canceled, so we looked at everything ourselves, read information signs and just walked around the halls.

And after visiting the museum, I decided to take a walk in our park.

The sun wasn't so hot anymore, and besides, there was a shady alley here. I immediately came across an exhibition of military equipment.

If you have ever been interested in tanks, you will easily understand what kind of model this is.

But if not, you can always read all the necessary information on the sign...

That's how our Sunday off went. However, we also looked into the cafe, although I was not allowed to shoot there. Many entrepreneurs do not allow us to take photos of their establishments, they probably think that we are secret buyers :-)
