It is good that you understand something: The communities are autonomous with regard to our rules and demands on users. The curators who work for the whales have their own healing criteria, which are also their own, so they are two different things.
Now, if you want to avoid being muted in the communities already mentioned, what you should do is simple: Make a step by step of your recipe, go out making your recipes in photos.

Why do we demand this? It is a way to avoid farming, plagiarism, posting old content, and other serious offenses.
