"Mie Nyemek" means noodle cooked with a little and thick gravy, and are usually added toppings such as eggs and vegetables and a savory broth made from a mixture of spices and soy sauce. The dish is usually garnished with fried onions and chopped celery leaves for a burst of flavor and texture.

For making Mie Nyemek I will use instant noodle from the brand Indomie. Who doesn't know Indomie, one of the instant noodles brand originating from Indonesia and allready well-known in various countries.

How to Make:
• Prepare of a pack Indomie jumbo fried noodle.

• Then boil the noodle until cooked and drain.

• Prepare a pan and heat enough oil, then add egg and scramble it .

• Then enter the oil, sauce, and soy sauce that has been provide from the noodle.

• Stir briefly and add the noodles and add the complementary spices from the noodle. And stir until everything is mixed. At this stage you can taste the taste, if it's still lacking, you can add more sauce and seasonings according to taste.

• And "Mie Nyemek" are ready to be served, and don't forget to add chop scallions on top to add texture and garnish with fried onions and chopped celery leaves..

Mie nyemek can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Some people like to add boiled eggs, tofu, or seafood to the dish for added protein. Others prefer to make the broth spicier by adding chili peppers or sambal sauce.
