In this blog I will share how to make this Deep fried crispy tofu spring rolls, the ingredients you will need, and some tips to make your dish more delicious.

Ingredients:
• 2 pcs tofu
• 2 eggs
• Green onions to taste
• Salt
• Two cloves of minced garlic
• Ground pepper
• Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 17 spring rolls wrappers
• Oil for frying

How to Make:
• Drain the tofu with a paper towel, then in a bowl mash the tofu using a fork.
• Then, add 2 eggs into the mashed tofu earlier.
• After that, add a spoonful of cornstarch, chopped chives, salt, and seasoning then mix well.

• Then briefly cook the tofu dough mixture that has been made for 5 minutes.
• After the dough is cooked, prepare the spring rolls wrapper, then fill it with enough tofu dough, then roll the dough with the spring rolls wrapper as shown.

• Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
• Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan
• Fry the spring rolls in the oil until they are golden brown and crispy.

• Remove the spring rolls from the pan and place them on the paper towel to drain the excess oil.
• Serve the Deep Fried Crispy Tofu Spring Rolls with chili sauce or your preferred sauce.

Tips:

  1. You can use a variety of vegetables for the filling, such as cabbage, carrot, or mushrooms.
  2. To make the spring rolls even crispier, you can add a little bit of cornstrach to the oil before frying them.
