•Wash the broccoli and then boil the broccoli for a while, then soak the broccoli in cold water so that the green color remains fresh and the texture of the broccoli remains crunchy.

•Next heat the oil then sauté the garlic and onions until they release a fragrant aroma.

•The next step is to add the carrots and add enough water then cook until the carrots are cooked.

•After the carrots are cooked and the water has reduced, add the broccoli.

•Then add oyster sauce, sugar, salt, pepper then cornstarch solution and wait until cooked and the sauce thickens.
