Review of Two Best Seller Ramen at RamenYa

Today I am also very happy, because I can participate and contribute again in this Foodies Be Hive Community. In this blog, I would like to share my experience of eating Ramen at the newest ramen restaurant in my city, Medan.

RamenYa Situation

Ramen, the iconic Japanese noodle dish, has gained immense popularity around the wourld for its delicious flavors and comforting qualities. One place that stands out in Medan, for its authentic ramen experience is RamenYa, located in Plaza MedanFair.

Located in the heart of Medan, Plaza Medan Fair is a vibrant shopping mall known for its diverse culinary offerings. So, Last weekend my mom and I went for a walk and finally decided to try the ramen menu at this restaurant. That said, RamenYa has a delicious ramen menu at an affordable price. The situation when we arrived the restaurant was quite crowded and the tables were almost full, but luckily we didn't have to queue to get a place. We immediately got a place and were shown to a table by the waiter and brought menus.

Legendary Chicken Ramen

I ordered two different best seller Ramen at RamenYa. First, I will discuss about the first menu, namely Legendary Chicken Ramen which I ordered. Legendary Chicken Ramen is a type of soup ramen. This Legendary Chicken Ramen consists of a bowl of noodles with chicken broth and spices. Then topping with slices od chicken, boiled eggs and pieces of nori.

The noodles are cooked to perfection, springy and capable of absorbing the flavors of the broth. The broth taste is light and savory. The slices of chicken is very soft and juicy. Then the eggs were poached perfectly, the yolks looking very bright. I think this restaurant uses the best quality eggs.

Hot Spicy Ramen

The second menu is Hot Spicy Ramen which is my mom's ordered. This Hot Spicy Ramen is a soup type ramen too. This Hot Spicy Ramen consists of a bowl of noodles with chicken broth, shoyu sauce and spices. This ramen also topping with pieces of chicken, boiled egg and pieces of nori.

This ramen used chicken broth with the taste is very spicy and also refreshing. This is my mother's favorite type of menu, because she is a spicy food lover. Even though this Hot Spicy Ramen tastes spicy, it can still be enjoyed, because the combination of spices used produces a perfect blend of flavors. But because I can't stand spicy, so I just tasted it.

Then for the drinks we ordered Ice Lemon tea, because the weather is very hot and also our food was soupy and greasy, I think iced lemon tea can refresh and neutralize our throats.

I think that's all my experiences and honest review of eating ramen at RamenYa.
