There are various ways to enjoy patarana, which can be used to make salak fruit salad or sapodilla fruit or even vegetables, as I shared this time. The first way to make vegetable salad is to prepare vegetable ingredients in the form of leafy vegetables or fruit vegetables. The vegetables are cassava leaves, kale, nail leaves, pumpkin leaves, chayote leaves, melinjo leaves, mustard greens, cabbage, papaya flowers, melinjo fruit, small papaya, purple eggplant, index eggplant, carrots, young jackfruit, Siamese pumpkin, then the vegetables and fruit are separated so they don't get mushy when cooked, the seasonings are cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, shallots, garlic, candlenut, and patarana, don't forget the coconut milk too.

For the additional ingredients, green chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and kecombrang are thinly sliced, these are mandatory ingredients and you shouldn't forget because they make the gravy dish fragrant and delicious. the pan continues to add the fruit vegetables and additional ingredients, then add the coconut milk, then cook until it boils, after boiling, then add the vegetables, then cook until cooked, and don't forget to add salt and food flavorings so that the taste is just right, so taste it later, while waiting for the vegetables Let's cook grilled fish for a side dish, of course it's very delicious, but what's even more delicious is salted fish because salted fish is indeed the most suitable to be enjoyed with plastic vegetables.
