I really love that grow bag and how you grow all of the plants together like that. I often wonder if it is better for cannabis plants to have intertwining root systems. This is a more natural way for them to grow after all, but could this cause adverse issues as well? Like if one plant get's sick, the rest could be at a higher risk to share sickness?

Also I'm wondering, does that fabric seep if the soil is saturated or is it lined to hold the water in? And if it seeps, is that how much you water your plants or do you have an alternate way of knowing if you've watered them enough?

I thought the same but I think that is the point of the different plants and insects along with the microbiology is the all work as a team.

I have only ever had a problem with PM and pest never a plant virus and never a root problem. This pot is 7 months old now, I think adding more plants helps the biodiversity.

Honestly this pot I have never had over water besides when I built the soil. I normally give 2-4 gallons every 2 days or when the soil top looks dry. With all the active life I don't want my top to dry that's why I cut that plant as a mulch, I think I should have let it dry more before adding to the pot but the life is much more active under the mulch

The pot is a living soil pot so it has a linear around the sides on the inside with a open bottom, Goes down about 90% of the way.
