Good people are hard to find for certain! I have pulled in one for sure, who I already have living here at home! My Son is coming for sure.
The neighbors to the East of my homestead are already on board, and some to the south seem interested. I'm set up to arm and feed about a dozen, long term.
I have enough heirloom seeds to plant about 5 acres, but I'm ordering more.

You are absolutely right that in today's time it has become very difficult to find good people, if we have them, we are much more likely because these people make one's life easier.❤️
Community is the only way to survive long term, after the economy collapses. I'm planning to bring in my local neighborhood so we can survive together! The large lake that's there will help provide additional food for us too.

You have done this very well, wherever a person lives, if he has a good relationship with those who live with him, then the problem of a person is all people reduce.

I've found most people are good, especially if they know you values them. Treat people as important, and they will be better people; to try to match your opinion of them! So you can make better neighbors, by the way you interact with them....

It is also a fact that when a person meets people, if someone respects you, they will surely respect you. This is a special thing.
Treat with respect, and you will receive respect. Easier to build a community that way! This raises your survival possibilities.
If a person treats someone with respect, then the other person will also respect us, if not in this way, then we are also seeing relationships with him in which there is no respect at all.
This is true, the more respect you show, the more you will receive! This is also why there is a lack of respect right now, most liberals refuse to show any respect to anyone!
So news media and politics on the liberal side have deservedly lost all public respect.

Those who are rich people's do only this, they do not respect others at all and only want others to respect them.
Ironically, those are the very people I refuse to respect! I have turned my back on them and walked away, and they DON'T like it!

It is also true that people want to respect these people but they don't want to take it themselves and they don't give us the respect of the useless. And continue to show the attitude.
That same attitude a couple hundred years ago, fed the french revolution...and the guillotine. Now That was disrespect at it's finest! That nation has never recovered....

It is a fact that people have this kind of attitude which ruins their life and they can never succeed again.
It's odd that as a supervisor, if you assume all the blame, and brag on your people for their work product; they never assign blame to you, and give you all the credit!
But if you blame your people, and claim all the credit; you get all the blame, and no credit. And all your people hate you....
