Delicious Meal of Chicken Fried Rice Garnished with Liver / Deliciosa comida de arroz frito con pollo adornado con hígado (ENG / ESP)

Good morning my dear foodies, I hope you had a great weekend. Today, I'll be sharing my special recipe with you. I'll be showing you how to prepare chicken fried rice, garnished with liver. This is a very delicious meal, it can he eaten as breakfast, lunch or dinner. First of all, we will be preparing our ingredients.

Buenas días mis queridos foodies, espero que estén teniendo un gran fin de semana. Hoy les comparto mi receta especial. Te mostraré cómo preparar arroz frito con pollo, adornado con hígado. Esta es una comida muy deliciosa, se puede comer como desayuno, almuerzo o cena. En primer lugar, estaremos preparando nuestros ingredientes.

Ingredients;

• 3 cups of rice
• Fresh chicken
• Fresh liver
• Vegetable oil
• Vegetables (sweet corn, green beans,green peas and carrots)(any amount of your choice)
• Sliced onions
• Diced red pepper
• Diced carrots
• Salt
• Spices(curry, chicken seasoning and any other spices of your choice).

Ingrendientes

• 3 tazas de arroz
• Pollo fresco
• Hígado fresco
• Aceite vegetal
• Verduras (maíz dulce, judías verdes, guisantes y zanahorias) (cualquier cantidad de su elección)
• Cebollas en rodajas
• Pimiento rojo picado
• Zanahorias en cuadritos
• Sal
• Especias (curry, condimento para pollo y cualquier otra especia de su elección).

Step 1:
Wash your rice and parboil it. After parboiling your rice, turn it into a bowl. This is to prevent the rice from becoming soft or sticking together.

Paso 1:
Lava el arroz y sancochalo. Después de sancochar el arroz, conviértelo en un bol. Esto es para evitar que el arroz se ablande o se pegue.

Step 2:
To prepare fried rice, one major ingredient is your chicken stock. After parboiling the rice, wash your meat and liver. We are going to steam them together to get the stock(chicken water). Put your chicken and liver in a pot, add your salt, onions, curry or any spices of your choice. Add enough water to cover the chicken and liver. Then allow it to cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Para preparar arroz frito, un ingrediente importante es el caldo de pollo. Después de sancochar el arroz, lava la carne y el hígado. Los vamos a cocer juntos al vapor para obtener el caldo (agua de pollo). Ponga su pollo e hígado en una olla, agregue su sal, cebolla, curry o cualquier especia de su elección. Agregue suficiente agua para cubrir el pollo y el hígado. Luego deja que se cocine durante 10 minutos a fuego medio.

Step 3:
Since we are going to be using the meat stock, separate the chicken and the liver from the stock and put them in two separate bowls.

Step 4:
We are going to marinate the green peas, green beans, sweet corn, carrots and liver(not the chicken) for 10 minutes. To marinate them,get a deep bowl, mix them together (green beans, green peas, sweet corn, carrots and liver), then add your fried rice spices,with some seasoning cubes and mix. After mixing them, cover the bowl with a nylon or clean white cloth to prevent air from entering the bowl. This will enable the spices to mix properly with the liver and vegetables.

Vamos a macerar los guisantes, las judías verdes, el maíz dulce, la zanahoria y el hígado (no el pollo) durante 10 minutos. Para marinarlos, consiga un recipiente hondo, mézclelos (judías verdes, guisantes, maíz dulce, zanahorias e hígado), luego agregue sus especias de arroz frito, con algunos cubos de condimentos y mezcle. Después de mezclarlos, cubra el recipiente con un paño de nailon o blanco limpio para evitar que entre aire en el recipiente. Esto permitirá que las especias se mezclen adecuadamente con el hígado y las verduras.

Step 5:
We are going to boil the rice with the meat stock. To do this, turn the meat stalk into the pot and boil for 2 minutes to make it thicker. Add your rice gradually and mix with a spatula not spoon. The reason why I insist on not using spoon is because spoon will make the rice burn. After mixing it, allow it to dry.

Vamos a cocer el arroz con el caldo de carne. Para ello, voltea el tallo de la carne en la olla y hiérvelo durante 2 minutos para que espese. Agregue su arroz gradualmente y mezcle con una espátula, no con una cuchara. La razón por la que insisto en no usar cuchara es porque la cuchara hará que el arroz se queme. Después de mezclarlo, déjelo secar.

Step 6:
It is at this stage that we are going to fry the rice with the marinated vegetables(Sweet corn, green beans, green peas, and carrots) and liver.
• Get your non stick frying pan, add a little vegetable oil, add little onions and pepper and fry. Fry on a low heat.
• Add a spoon(big spoon) of your marinated vegetables and liver to the pan and fry for a few seconds. Stir with your spatula to prevent it from burning.
• Scoop your rice with a big spoon and add it into the frying pan. Fry for less than one minutes.( first batch). Then pour it into another pot or cooler(anyone of your choice
• Repeat this 'Stage 6' procedures for the rest of the rice.

Paso 6:
Es en este momento que vamos a sofreír el arroz con las verduras marinadas (Maíz dulce, judías verdes, guisantes y zanahorias) y el hígado.
• Tome su sartén antiadherente, agregue un poco de aceite vegetal, agregue un poco de cebolla y pimienta y fría. Freír a fuego lento.
• Agregue una cuchara (cuchara grande) de sus vegetales marinados e hígado a la sartén y fría por unos segundos. Revuelve con tu espátula para evitar que se queme.
• Saque el arroz con una cuchara grande y agréguelo a la sartén. Freír durante menos de un minuto (primer lote). Luego viértalo en otra olla o hielera (cualquiera de su elección
• Repita este procedimiento de la 'Etapa 6' para el resto del arroz.

Step 7:
This is the final and last stage. We are going to fry the chicken.
• Put enough vegetable oil in the pan.
• Add your steamed chicken and fry in medium heat. Fry until it turns to golden brown.
• Once your chicken is ready, pour them into a sieve to sieve out the oil. Then add them to your rice.

Paso 7:
Esta es la etapa final y última. Vamos a freír el pollo.
• Ponga suficiente aceite vegetal en la sartén.
• Agregue su pollo al vapor y fríalo a fuego medio. Freír hasta que tome un color dorado.
