What Hive games are you playing ๐ŸŽฎ?

๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹ all Hive friends,

Today I would like to share with you some Play2earn games on Hive blockchain that I'm playing recently.

1. Splinterlands

Splinterlands is an online collectible card game using Hive blockchain technology. Every card in the game is owned as a non-fungible token (NFT) and is tradeable on the market.
I started playing Splinterlands 2 years ago and it's my 1st hive game. Actually, I played Splinterlands then I started to deep dive into Hive blockchain.
If you followed me on Hive, you would know I play Splinterlands daily.

Splinterlands has a lot of changes compared to 2 years ago and the number of active players is reduced significantly but Splinterlands is still the most successful game on Hive blockchain at the moment.

If you don't have a Splinterlands account, join with me here https://splinterlands.com/?ref=sodom-lv

2. Terracore

Terracore is an idle game that is Beta launched at the beginning of Mar. The main token in Terracore is SCRAP. You can earn SCRAP from your Engineering or loot SCRAP from other players then use SCRAP to upgrade your stats or buy NFT items. You can equip these NFT items to enhance your stats as well.

If I remember correctly, it was only ~ 3 dozen citizens in Terracore world when I bought Terracore citizenship on 11-Mar with 10 SWAP.HIVE. I got a 50% discount during the Beta launch. If you join now, you need to pay 20 HIVE for citizenship.

There are already a lot of articles to guide you on how to play Terracore so I will not repeat it here. But I will share some achievements or tips

  • Until today, I already sold 255 $CRAP with an average price of 0.158 HIVE/$CRAP, which means I got 40.45 HIVE in return with an initial 10 HIVE investment after 1.5 months
  • At the beginning, I upgraded my defense to prevent being looted by other citizens
  • The main website is built in Unity, which I can not play on my phone. So I need to use the 3 party service (https://hivegadgets.com/terracoregame.html) to play the game in Hivekeychain app on my phone. Hivegadgets is a very useful tool and I use it every day when playing Terracore. It helps me to earn more SCRAP so I decided to buy a Hivegadget premium pass (1 HBD) to support this project with the SCRAP from the game
  • I bought 1 gun with 8HIVE and already equipped it. Later, I expect the price can go up.

If you want to join Terracore world with me, please join here and I will share you 50% of my earning from referral program in SCRAP in order to help you stronger faster. Please comment your ign after signing up with my link

3. Golem Overlord

Golem Overlord is my newest game. I joined this game a week ago, when it still costed 30 HIVE. Now, the entrance fee already increased to 40 HIVE.

In general, Golem Overlord is pretty similar to Terracore except for several additional points

  • There are 2 tokens in the game. You need PART to upgrade your stats and SHARD to buy NFT items (later because NFT hasn't been launched yet)
  • The ratio between claimed PART and burn PART is called Multiplier. The lower Multiplier, the lower PART you can claim. It pushes you to burn more PART instead of just claiming and selling PART
  • Some special events which impact your stats like increasing the chance to get SHARD or reduce your defense , ...

After a week of playing, I already get 15 HIVE in return. It's already 50% of my initial investment. However, the price of PART and SHARD are dropped hardly today so I hope I can get back my initial investment in 2 more weeks

If you want to join Golem Overlord with me, please join here and I will share you 50% of my earning from referral program in PART in order to help you stronger faster. Please comment your ign after signing up with my link

I also used to play other Play2Earn games on Hive blockchain like Splinterford - a game based on Splinterlands cards, Rabona - a football management game, or CryptoBrewMaster but I don't have enough time to play them all.
So I'm happy with Splinterlands and 2 idle games at the moment.

And you, What Hive games are you playing ๐ŸŽฎ?

Yes! Another well done post. I started with dcity.io (and Crypto Brew Master, too) back in the days but stopped actively playing. There's still tokens coming in from my city. In comparison I like that dcity directly makes use of hive-engine, while with CBM deposits and withdrawals are mandatory. I like the ideas of building games, while in dcity in the meantime some strange politics happened with 100 % tax (as part of the game) that I did neither follow nor understand. Anyway, there is more games then time in a day. And Splinterlands was my first love. !invest_vote

while with CBM deposits and withdrawals are mandatory

This is one of my reasons to stop playing CBM. With P2E games, easy deposit/withdrawal processes can keep players staying longer with the game, when there are a lot of people who still have no idea about HIVE.

About Splinterlands, I love to watch a full battle instead of skipping to the result. That's why it took me a lot of time to play. But I love it. I want to understand how I win or lose a battle then adjust my strategy in the next one, especially when I don't have a strong deck.

Yes indeed, I'm with you here. Learning all the time. I enjoy a lot of battles. In my early days in 2019 I remember even writing down all I did. I stopped doing this. While it might be fun to look after those notes. Maybe I still have them in a writing pad I filled with notes back then. !invest_vote
