For some time now, I have been collecting images of abandoned places that I find around, it is something that I find interesting to photograph because the appearance that some structures can have offers the viewer multiple interpretations.

It is not only about leaving a record of buildings that will surely disappear, or with better luck they will be restored and you can see the before and after, the exercise of taking this kind of pictures also stimulates your imagination, if you don't know the history of the place, you can create one.

I remember I started to get interested in this topic thanks to an account on social networks that showed incredible abandoned places around the world. The photos were in color and really fabulous, and although most of the places were scary and you would think twice before going there, they attracted me hehehe.

So I share these shots edited in black and white to highlight a little more the decadence, it will not be the only post I make on this subject, I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you!
Who knows, many of these places have many years like this, it seems that they no longer belong to anyone...

It's so fun to roam such places, isn't it? A lot of them were lost in England with rampant development, but here in Armenia these old buildings are all over the place, little reminders of the Soviet Union and its collapse. I've been wanting to photograph and explore them more often myself!

Yes! It is very entertaining to go around looking for these places. I think everywhere you get them, of course, in some countries more than others, but hey, it would be great if you share photos of those places in Armenia, greetings!
