El fin de semana pasado la temperatura subió a unos 40 grados centígrados aproximadamente. Intentando buscar algo de brisa fresca, salí al jardín para amortiguar el calor asfixiante. Spaik me acompañó y se sentó a esperar que yo terminara de revisar los tulipanes.
Es un canino bastante fiel. Como su pelaje es abundante, las altas temperaturas lo agitan mucho, por lo que solemos hidratarlo con frecuencia y mantenerlo dentro del aire acondicionado, pero en ocasiones es algo necio, por lo que prefiere estar fuera de la habitación especial que tiene para jugar o permanecer cerca de nosotros.
En este caso específico, Spaik se mantuvo muy quieto, observando cómo intentaba tomarle fotografías a los tulipanes. Lo llamé para que se acercara, pero este es bastante cuidadoso con las plantas. No le gusta acercarse mucho a ellas, y no es que se lo haya impedido. Cada cierto tiempo recuerdo un episodio de los Simpson, en el que Bart adopta a un perro sofisticado; gran parte de las costumbres de Spaik provienen de su dueños anteriores XD.
Duré unas dos horas sentado en la sombra que se prolonga en el jardín gracias a los tulipanes. Spaik disfrutó de la brisa fresca, algo que sin duda lo ayuda a refrescar su pelaje. Cuando llueve, usualmente este sale o para mojarse con la lluvia o para meterse en los charcos de agua. Es bastante gracioso porque a mi papá no le gusta que lo haga, pues siempre procura que Spaik esté 100% limpio. Por ahora, solo hay calor y verano, por lo que dudo que mi papá se preocupe por los charcos de agua.
Tras tomar algo de aire fresco, mi papá decidió salir a comprar unas cosas y Spaik quiso ir, XD. Pude tomarle una fotografía antes de que se fuera. Mi papá suele pasearlo en su auto; Spaik es bastante tranquilo y se ha ganado esa recompensa. Además, es otra forma de que nuestra mascota tome más aire fresco... sobre todo cuando el calor es muy sofocante.
Las altas temperaturas pueden afectar mucho a nuestras mascotas; es fundamental que las mantengamos hidratadas, o frescas, o darles un baño en los casos más extremos. A Spaik le encanta el helado, pero ya luego le mostraré fotografías sobre eso, jajaja. Lo cierto es que este canino se ha ganado con honor un espacio entre mi familia. Si tienen la posibilidad de tener un Golden Retriever, no duden en hacerlo: son perros bastante fieles, bondadosos y empáticos.
Aunque, siento que las buenas mascotas, independientemente de sus razas, suelen brindarnos su amistad y amor de manera maravillosa. Todo dependerá de tu cariño hacia ellos, porque sí, una mascota también necesita sentirse amada. Esto es algo que yo he aprendido durante todo este tiempo, sobre todo, cuando la violencia animal amenaza con vulnerar a estos animales inocentes.
Así que, con esta reflexión y estas fotografías que te muestro, espero que ames mucho a tu mascota... con tanto calor, sobre todo en Venezuela, nada mejor que un amor fresco. Pero también, no olvides dejar que tu mascota tome aire fresco en realidad, XD.

Last weekend the temperature rose to approximately 40 degrees Celsius. Trying to find some cool breeze, I went out to the garden to cushion the stifling heat. Spaik accompanied me and sat down to wait for me to finish checking the tulips.
It is a fairly faithful canine. Since his fur is abundant, high temperatures agitate him a lot, so we usually hydrate him frequently and keep him in the air conditioning, but sometimes he is a little foolish, so he prefers to be outside the special room he has to play or stay. close to us.
In this specific case, Spaik stood very still, watching as he attempted to take photographs of the tulips. I called him over, but he is quite careful with plants. He doesn't like to get too close to them, and it's not that he has stopped him. Every now and then I remember an episode of The Simpsons, in which Bart adopts a sophisticated dog; Much of Spaik's habits come from his previous owners XD.
I spent about two hours sitting in the shade that extends into the garden thanks to the tulips. Spaik enjoyed the cool breeze, something that no doubt helps cool his coat. When it rains, he usually goes out either to get wet with the rain or to get into puddles of water. It's quite funny because my dad doesn't like me to do it, because he always makes sure Spaik is 100% clean. For now, it's just hot and summer, so I doubt my dad will worry about puddles of water.
After getting some fresh air, my dad decided to go out and buy some things and Spaik wanted to go, XD. I was able to take a picture of him before he left. My dad usually walks him around in his car; Spaik is pretty calm and he has earned that reward. In addition, it is another way for our pet to get more fresh air... especially when the heat is very suffocating.
High temperatures can greatly affect our pets; It is essential that we keep them hydrated, or cool, or give them a bath in the most extreme cases. Spaik loves ice cream, but I'll show him pictures of that later, hahaha. The truth is that this canine has honorably earned a space among my family. If you have the possibility of having a Golden Retriever, do not hesitate to do so: they are quite faithful, kind and empathetic dogs.
Although, I feel that good pets, regardless of their breeds, tend to provide us with their friendship and love in wonderful ways. Everything will depend on your love for them, because yes, a pet also needs to feel loved. This is something that I have learned throughout this time, especially when animal violence threatens to harm these innocent animals.
So, with this reflection and these photographs that I show you, I hope you love your pet very much... with so much heat, especially in Venezuela, nothing better than fresh love. But also, don't forget to actually let your pet get some fresh air, XD.
