Sky Riders es un videojuego de carreras online cuyas pistas se encuentran entre las nubes. Lo único que debes hacer es presionar unos cuantos botones para acelerar o desacelerar mientras transitas por vías peligrosas y fuera de lo común. Puedes pensar que es una pérdida de tiempo tomar el volante en el teclado de tu PC, pero Sky Riders, en su naturaleza de locura, te enganchará con los centenares de niveles y desafíos que tiene para ofrecer. Para ganar solo debes llegar a la meta, la cual se parece a un cubo gigantesco de Mario Bros. Una vez que te estrelles contra ella habrás pasado al siguiente nivel. A lo largo de las pistas de carreras aparecerán un montón de obstáculos que desafían las leyes de la gravedad. De manera aleatoria se te asigna o una motocicleta o un automóvil, ambos son difíciles de maniobrar, sobre todo en las curvas. Si das un pequeño movimiento en falso perderás la partida, y deberás elegir entre omitir el nivel o seguir intentándolo. En estos aspectos, Sky Riders es bastante flexible con el jugador, pero… ¿Soportarías perder y rendirte? No es una decisión tan fácil (XD).

Al ser un minijuego, Sky Riders es bastante pobre en su confección gráfica, ¡espera! No por eso es un mal videojuego. Creo que este tipo de títulos son perfectos para los desafíos con amigos e incluso las transmisiones de streamers, de hecho, he visto que estos minijuegos han cobrado mucha relevancia en algunos canales de Twitch. Este es bastante divertido, además, mientras más avanzas, más cosas locas te encuentras. Estuve probando varias pistas de carreras y descubrí que maniobrar tanto el automóvil como la motocicleta es bastante difícil. Las vías son angostas y los controles son muy sensibles, por lo que al presionar las teclas el avatar inmediatamente toma la dirección elegida, ocasionando, en caso de una alta velocidad, que perdamos el control y caigamos al abismo. La música de fondo es odiosa a propósito, tal vez diseñada para burlarse de ti mientras juegas. No recomiendo que omitas los niveles porque la diversión pierde sentido, como dije antes, Sky Riders es una opción perfecta para que te desafíes a ti mismo o desafíes a tus amigos.

I don't recommend that you skip the levels because the fun is lost, as I said before, Sky Riders is a perfect option for you to challenge yourself or challenge your friends.

Me gustó mucho este “Sky Riders”, en ocasiones en bueno probar juegos sencillos pero divertidos, ¡y sobre todo videojuegos locos! ¿A quién no le gusta la locura? A mí sí, pero no me refiero a la de los manicomios. Recomiendo este minijuego a todos los amantes de las carreras ficticias y las descontroladas leyes de la física. ¿Aceptas el reto de llegar hasta la pista número 30? Yo llegué hasta la 16 y realmente fue todo un desafío.

Todavía me falta afinar el volante y mejorar mis piruetas, pero por lo pronto todo marcha bien hasta que pierdo y pierdo y pierdo…. Ser el mejor corredor dentro de Sky Riders no es una tarea fácil, sin embargo, en el proceso o terminamos mejorando o terminamos en el manicomio… esta vez me refiero a los de verdad, XD.

I really liked this "Sky Riders", sometimes it's good to try simple but fun games, and especially crazy video games! Who doesn't like madness? I do, but I don't mean the insane asylum kind. I recommend this mini-game to all lovers of fictional races and the uncontrolled laws of physics. Will you accept the challenge of reaching track number 30? I made it all the way to track 16 and it was a real challenge.
