Warframe: Let's play as a Grineer.

My warmest regards, enjoying the beginning of the weekend, and hoping that you are as well as possible, in the situation in which life finds you.

We have a new adventure in Warframe, it's short, it's very true, but from it, we have the option to play as a renegade Grineer. Specifically Kahl 147, which we had already met in the previous adventure, The New War.

To bring you up to speed, the Grineer, in the game's lore, were mass-created clones (with very low levels of intelligence), used for servitude in the decaying Orokin empire.

After the rebellion of the Techno (us, the players), assassinated the Orokin leaders and brought down the empire, they took the opportunity to flee and create their own faction, commanded by two twin Orokin sisters, whom they crowned as their queens.

It is an expansionist militaristic faction, with which we have been facing since the beginning of our adventure in Warframe.

The last time we saw Kahl 147, he had been captured when trying to blow up a sentient installation in the new war, they had put a helmet on him called a veil, it was a complex neurological control device, with which they controlled those who they were captured.

At the beginning of the adventure, we see a cinematic in which a lone Grineer manages to shed the veil that controlled him.

We are summoned by the daughter of the Entrati family, a friendly faction, (guardians of the heart of emptiness, on Mars's moon Deimos). To explore a ship of the conscious (enemy faction, protagonist of the new war), from where a desperate call for help is issued.

I really like the design, it's quite futuristic and surreal. Although they abuse the color red a bit, the environment and the enemies are all the same color, so much so that at times it is difficult to distinguish what is what.

One problem with Digital Extreme when designing sets is that they have a recurring trauma with putting holes in the floor under vacuum. It can get tedious.

On the other hand, there are entire sections that have a slightly disturbing design. (There is someone who is going to need a few hours in therapy).

After moving through the sentient ship, we remove the lockdown system and anything unlucky enough to get in our way. Thus we managed to establish communication inside the ship.

We found Kahl 147, in a battered and rigged communication console Grineer, from which he was emitting the help signal in the hope that the queens would send reinforcements, it was a cruel disappointment to realize that they had been abandoned from the beginning.

The daughter of the Entrati Kaelli, responds to the distress call and seeks information on the new leader of the sentients. Kahl agrees in exchange for help rescuing her siblings. (all Grineer are brothers, they are all clones), we have no choice but to accept.

From here we take control of Kahl 147, but we only have the melee weapon, so the first thing we do is ask for a location of a weapon to be able to fight.

We have the health indicator indicated in the green arrow, ammunition indicator indicated in red, skills in blue.

We follow the waypoint, and arrive at a fallen Grineer gunship, there is the weapon next to a downed soldier, an infamous grakata, the flagship weapon of Grineer soldiers.

Armed now, we began to search and free the other Grineer soldiers. The mechanics are simple, at first, then they get more complicated and the number of enemies increases, but it's fine.

To get around part of the way, we grab the jetpack from a fallen Grineer Firestarter.

It's optional, but I freed all the prisoners, regardless of faction, I wasn't going to leave anyone there.

At first, we managed to escape by boarding a Grineer ship, but no matter what you do the game won't let you escape, if or if it makes you crash and lose the ship. At least we can take the anti-aircraft gun.

My god, how I enjoyed this part.

Finally, we escaped to the Techno's ship, which came to investigate the call for help.

Kahl ends up setting up camp at the Techno's land base. From here we can at the end of the adventure take the missions to play with this character.

They are quite entertaining missions, until now they are stealth sabotage, with a series of limitations. It's a new perspective, not to play as a being as super powerful as a Warframe, but you can have a good time.

We can customize the character (cosmetics), but you can't make improvements or increases to his abilities, which is a shame, I would have liked to mod him.

At the end of the mission for the first time, we have a new union and a new vendor.

It's a short, simple adventure, but it opens up a series of missions that are very different from what we were used to, which gives it a little more life, which is what was needed.

After the massive nerfs to weapons and ammo, there are a lot of upset players and rightly so, really Digital Extremes, doesn't learn and at some point, it will be too late to correct this bad policy in the game.

Thank you very much for taking a moment to stop by and read me, it is appreciated.
The captures are from my game on Steam, I have used the Google translator, for the English language.

I wish you an excellent weekend and that the next one finds you full of courage to face the challenges that come your way. Good luck and good health.

Mucha suerte y buena salud

Yes, and I assure you that it is quite rude. He doesn't have the tidal wave of Warframe powers, but he is a pretty solid and charismatic character.
Thank you very much for reading and commenting.

This rpg is one of the best games I've played back in the day. No micro transactions, only trading among other players. Huge map and a plethora of things to collect. Great time killer and best experienced with friends.

How much platinum do you have?

It's a very good game, I'm the solo type of player, but I recognize that in a group you can have a good time. Trading between players is something that I found great. You can complete collections and help other players to complete collections of mods or prime gear.
Thanks for coming and commenting.
