What Sleep Does To Me

It's been a while, and I've missed doing this here.

Sleep is a way of relaxing, calming down, and regaining strength.
Every time I sleep, I regain some strength for more work the next day.
I sleep to calm my brain and wake up refreshed, but lately, whenever I sleep so much, I wake up feeling dull.

Sleeping very well is very important to the brain and makes you recall things too.
I remember that when I want to write songs or arrange them, at some point I tend to forget the sound I make, but when I wake from sleep, I realize that I have retained them in my memory.
Sleeping has helped me remember and retain information.
Sleeping is very different from resting, but if you sleep, you have a double rest.

Sleep influences my productivity; it makes me energetic and makes me do tedious jobs.
If I sleep and wake up, writing can never be my problem because I read before I sleep, so writing or transferring what I read into writing can never be a problem. Sleeping is what makes me write well.

If I sleep very late, trust me, I will not perform very well the next day.
My head hurts so much the next morning if I slept very late the previous day, so what I do is give myself some sleep after my house chores in the morning before I start working, since all I have to do is write.
Sleeping makes me produce so much, so I cannot afford not to sleep well. Medically, eight hours of sleep is approved, but sometimes I don't know if I sleep up to six hours because I like completing my tasks for the day. After all, if I do not complete any task for that day, the next will be bad for me as I will be too lazy to even start a new task.

I remember that my mom usually told us not to sleep very well because of the next day's task. She normally tells us to be sure we will not sleep during the morning devotion, as she will tell us to go to sleep very early, but I think we started sleeping very late at our early stage of life because mom and dad were selling, so we needed to wake up early to go to the business place.

Sleep well to avoid low performance; it helps you do those things you need to do on time because you will not feel dull or lazy. Sleeping well helps you achieve high productivity as you will have the energy to do what you are supposed to do.

I know people that can sleep for days and still feel dull when they wake up but that’s because in as much sleep is very important, over sleeping is also something that can affect us in a way, in fact some people even fall sick from that.
