Say no to bullying

Good day amazing people hive it have been long i post am glad am back I will be talking about bullying.

What is bullying

Bullying is abusing or harassing someone with less power bullying can affect someone physical, social and psychological. Bullying is very bad for our mental health bullying Can put us into depression.

I have been a victim of bullying i know how it feel when you are been bully by your peers anything i see people been bullied it really pain me because i know that they are passing through.

Of recent i have been doing a little research i visit some schools and ask some of the kids that are been bullied why are they been bullied
There answers was so shocking

• They are been bullied because they are from poor background
• Their religion
• Because of social status. Etc

Reasons why people involved in bullying.

• Power: our kids will always like to seek for power and command respect from people by bullying those with less power

• Peer pressure: peer pressure is another way that cause bully many kids are influence by their peer pressure.

• Payback: most people bullying one another as a payback because they have been victim of bullying so the want payback.

• Popularity: most people bully their follow kids just to be famous and well know.

How will you know that your kids are been bullied.

• The child will always start avoiding to go school or where they are been bullied

• They will have bruises all over their body

• They child will be dramatized.

How can we stop bullying

• Find out why you are been bullied
• Always ask for help
• Tell your parents or guardian if you are been bullied
• Walk away from people bullying you.

Bullying is bad let us stop bullying one another
