Are you supportive?

Being supportive is part of some people of humanity, this is an act of kindness and understanding with our neighbors.

But did you know that the act of sharing with our neighbors is a positive action, and being supportive alleviates our stress and prevents even depression, and especially emotional illnesses.

This attitude of solidarity, develops empathy with each other, and being altruistic makes the human being more sensitive to the challenges of others, making them more friendly and understanding with the pain of the other.

And if you make any kind of donation, be it clothes, food, objects, even blood, you are a caring person.
