Can you swim ?
My dream was to learn to swim, but because of fear I never even tried to swim so I stopped doing something I wanted.
Swimming is a physical activity that is useful and recreational in addition to keeping us active. And there's nothing better than swimming in addition to helping our own health, as well as increasing endurance, flexibility and improving cardiovascular capacity and breathing.
This activity also makes the muscles stronger, in addition to developing them, being one of the best sports to keep in shape and achieve quality of life for the body.
