Do you motivate others?

I know that many don't understand, but others already understand. What mission have we been given on earth? If we can't help our neighbors, we can at least motivate them to move forward, right?

When I see a person who is totally unmotivated and unwilling to fight, the first thing I do is try to motivate him, I try to show the person that there is still hope, and that nothing is lost.

What can you do ? If you can't help with something you find useful, at least motivate someone every day.

I think that's a great trait that you have. I know not everyone has it. I worked for 12 years before I found out that I liked teaching. I took a demotion at my job to get a different boss. When I started teaching, I found that not only did I have a knack for it, I loved doing it! When it comes to motivation, we all feel differently. We emote differently. We find meaning in different ways. Motivation is finding that desire that makes someone else tick (or yourself if you're trying to find your own motivation), the "Why." I found that my motivation comes from enlightening others or seeing them catch a concept previously foreign to them. It perks me up. I also love to see people smile and I enjoy receiving compliments. Those are the things that motivate me.

What motivates you?
