In the world of flowers

avatar

A few days ago I came across a show about the so-called crypto queen Ruja Ignatova. It was late at night and I had just decided to go to bed because I was very tired, but I decided to stay and watch it to finally find out what was behind this mysterious name. The word Ruja, or better spelled in my opinion Ruzha, in Bulgarian means Alcea rosea, i.e. it is the name of a flower. And I can tell you that for a long time I couldn't even remember that name. I couldn't remember that this mystical woman was called Ruja. I always called her Violetta, 😃 which is also a name of a flower, i.e. derived from the name of the Viola flower.

(The picture is just illustrative.)

Of course, we are only talking about flowers. And what flowers! I think that Ruja Ignatova is not just any flower. She is a special flower and everyone knows who she is (maybe only I didn't know in detail until a few days ago).

The host of the program then said the following: "With such knowledge and skills, how come our country still has such a national debt." Of course, Ruja has not been a Bulgarian citizen for a long time. She is Bulgarian, born in Bulgaria, but does not have Bulgarian citizenship. And it was some stupid joke. Pointless.

Once in Belgium I heard the following thing - I was told by a computer specialist, owner of a computer store and repair shop, from whom I subsequently had to buy a computer:
"I know that in Bulgaria there is a university specially created to train hackers."
Stupid statement. Of course, there is no such university in Bulgaria. Neither Bulgarian hackers have become famous or are mentioned on a global level like Russian, American or Asian ones.

All kinds of frauds have developed in Bulgaria over the years. They are widely implemented, very popular and many fraudsters use them, making life for honest people (like me) in this country very difficult at times.
Each period of the country's development has its scams and fraudsters. I remember years ago (I won't say how many) street phone pulse card scams were "trendy". Then came the fad of phone theft. And nowadays, phone scams are trendy.
But Bulgaria is a country of small frauds and small fraudsters. Frauds are somehow implemented at the regional and intermediate level. We are not talking about bombastic projects, huge frauds, international influence. We're not talking about anything giant.

But Ruja's case is different. It is bombastic, of enormous and worldwide importance. Well, she's one of the FBI's top 10 most wanted people!
Ruja, this name of a flower...

You know, the people I've talked to about her over the years have always said one thing - that she's just a face, a figure underneath the real crooks, that she's not capable of doing this thing. But it turns out that's not the case. That she is the main player in the whole project, the main actor.

As someone who is deeply interested in the psychological causes of everything that happens in a person's life, I am pretty much intrigued by the "movie-like" life that this woman led. I think her life beats any blockbuster movie ever made. And at the same time, it deeply bothers me. Not only because it is about cryptocurrency, and all of us who are involved in the existence of another cryptocurrency should be on our guard and ready to defend ourselves against potential fraudsters every day. But this is a huge fraud perpetrated by a woman. And I myself, as a woman, am deeply impressed. How is that possible? How could a flower be capable of this?

Really, how is that possible? 🤔

Why, what is wrong with this flower? This is a narcissus, a very delicate creature.
But the post is not about flowers, anyway. 😃

It has happened, I happens and it will happen again in the future. Human greed is infinite.

OneCoin, Celsius, FTX, Genesis, more and more "brands" will be added to that list of pure greed :)

From what I understand, I conclude that people "freak out" when the big wins come and then they go down the ladder. In short, money makes people crazy. I think this is clear to everyone. It is seen everywhere and every day. Too bad.

Hello dear friend @soulsdetour good day
I will never understand these types of people, who are dedicated to scamming others, they have not scammed me many times in my life, but the times they did make me very angry.
What a beautiful flower, excellent shots
Have a happy start to the week

Perhaps the saddest part of the story, dear @jlufer, is that this woman, for one reason or another, targeted poor countries. Where desperate people will do anything for the imaginary profit. It reminds me quite a bit of some already familiar platforms, and it scares me.
Unfortunately, there are all kinds of people on this earth.
Have a great week ahead you too!
