Spring case development

You remember the story about the Eurasian collared doves in the garden that I told you two weeks ago. And here comes its sequel.

Well, it's not just that they coo all day in front of my room window and sometimes distract me and confuse my thoughts. We are already talking about and about disrupting my sleep. So the weekend is the only time I can sleep in and I look forward to Friday night when I blissfully, usually early, head to bed in the bedroom. Knowing that this very night I would be able to sleep as long as I wanted...

Wrong. This is not the case.

Because precisely on Saturday morning, these birds decide to perch on the tree in front of the bedroom window to coo from there...
To whom...? Of course, to me.😆

You see, the case wouldn't be so special if those birds always stood on that tree and sang their monotonous and annoying song from there, every day.
But the thing is, they never landed on that tree. As I have never before seen them perch and stay all day on the tree in front of the living room. This only happens this year, when the surrounding circumstances are really very different from previous years.

I keep wondering what would happen if that song of theirs started to annoy our Blacky…
A few days ago we found Assencho eating something in the garden and it turned out to be a bird... smaller than the size of a Eurasian collared dove, but close to it. Of course, I don't wish such a thing happened to the birds, but... there's one more thing about them that I can think of right now - where were those birds in the winter? 🤔 These are not migratory birds, are they? Well, whatever.

Wow... Cute ones but still, killers.
Not that this is somehow different from us, people :)

I personally can't think of any other pet that is so sweet (in most cases) and at the same time quite naturally such a cruel creature. I am always amazed when I witness how naturally cruel cats are to other living beings, usually smaller than them. This is so weird 🤔

Que bueno que puedas dormir y descansar los fines de semana hasta la hora que tú quieras, los pajaritos adornan con su canto la naturaleza y eso es hermoso

Blacky said to the bird in his heart, "sing to your heart's content before it becomes my dessert" 😂
