Todos en algún momento necesitamos despejar la mente sentirnos relajados, para recargar energías y arrancar con más fuerza, está es una manera de aumentar nuestra productividad y muchas veces en tú días de trabajo tienes lo que conocemos cómo break, esos espacios pequeños que tiene para ir al baño o ver un vídeo gracioso, pero todos en algún momento necesitamos de otros días para olvidar todo y tener un reinicio de actividades y eso fue lo que decidí hacer el día hoy.

Everyone at some point needs to clear the mind to feel relaxed, to recharge energies and start with more strength, this is a way to increase our productivity and many times in your work days you have what we know as break, those small spaces you have to go to the bathroom or watch a funny video, but everyone at some point we all need other days to forget everything and have a restart of activities and that's what I decided to do today.

Desde hace muchos meses teníamos planificado disfrutar de un día en familia para relajarnos respirar aire puro y dejar el estrés a un lado, cuando novios mi esposo y yo salíamos mucho y la pasábamos muy bien junto a mi hermana y cuñado, luego con el embarazo salíamos más por los antojos que siempre tenía, pero con el nacimiento de mi hija y la llegada de la pandemia al país nos resguardamos tanto que nos olvidamos de la vida social que llevábamos, esas tardes de paseo lunes de cine y sábados de pizza, domingos de helado, esos momentos quedaron en pasado como si el madurar nos hubiese arrebatado la alegría, muchas cosas buenas sucedieron luego de ser 4 ahora somos 6,dos parejas una niña y un perro cada uno en su casa, cada familia con una historia y muchas anécdotas por contar, así que hemos tomado la decisión de vernos más seguido, de disfrutarnos más.

For many months we had planned to enjoy a family day to relax, breathe fresh air and leave the stress aside, when we were engaged my husband and I went out a lot and had a great time with my sister and brother in law, then with the pregnancy we went out more because of the cravings I always had, but with the birth of my daughter and the arrival of the pandemic to the country we sheltered ourselves so much that we forgot about the social life we had, those afternoons of walks, Mondays of movies and Saturdays of pizza, Sundays of ice cream, those moments were left in the past as if maturing had taken away our joy, many good things happened after being 4, now we are 6, two couples, a girl and a dog, each one at home, each family with a story and many anecdotes to tell, so we have taken the decision to see each other more often, to enjoy each other more.

Hace días mi hermana me visito y me dijo que necesitábamos salir de estas cuatro paredes, así que decidimos salir y fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos para iniciar el año, fin de semana agotador, pero maravilloso, mi hija estaba tan feliz, mi esposo muy distraído, yo no paraba de sentirme alegre de ver a mi hermana, de caminar, necesitaba en mi vida un momento para disfrutar, respirar, ver a mi hija sonreír, escucharla emocionada fue hermoso, pude disfrutar de este paseo, cómo si ya el covid-19 no existiera y pudiera sentirme libre sin trabajo, sin cargas, solo el sol, el calor, mi familia y yo, desde muy temprano desayunamos en casa de mi hermana quien vive cerca de la vereda del lago, caminamos un poco y ya podíamos contemplar la orilla del lago y una brisa con olor a lago contaminado, ya teníamos 3 años sin visitar la vereda, valió la pena ver la felicidad en cada uno de ellos y principalmente la mía propia, es bonito comenzar el año, entendiendo lo importante que eres para los demás, pero es más importante tener amor propio y hacer las cosas por uno mismo.

Days ago my sister visited me and told me that we needed to get out of these four walls, so we decided to go out and it was one of the best decisions we made to start the year, exhausting weekend, but wonderful, my daughter was so happy, my husband very distracted, I did not stop feeling happy to see my sister, to walk, I needed in my life a moment to enjoy, breathe, see my daughter smile, hear her excited was beautiful, I could enjoy this walk, as if the covid-19 did not exist and I could feel free without work, We had breakfast very early in the morning at my sister's house who lives near the lake sidewalk, we walked a little and we could already contemplate the shore of the lake and a breeze with the smell of polluted lake, we had already 3 years without visiting the sidewalk, it was worth it to see the happiness in each of them and mainly my own, it is nice to start the year, understanding how important you are for others, but it is more important to have self-love and do things for oneself.

La vereda es un paseo rudo en el día, el sol de la ciudad y el gran calor que hace, pero eso no nos detuvo, alissandra paseaba por vez primera en aquel lugar y era como si conociera cada espacio, nos deleitamos con sus travesuras, fue un espacio recreativo para ella, luego de mucho recorrido, al terminar la tarde regresamos a casa de mi hermana, compartimos un rato, cenamos y luego nos tocó regresarnos a nuestro hogar, llegamos a las 7 pm a tomar un baño y descansar de tan hermoso día, quedará guardado en mis recuerdos atesorados, porque estuve rodeada del amor de mis amores... En un vaivén de sonrisas.
