Me animé a preparar una receta algo diferente y atrevida. Nunca antes había preparado pasta en leche, así que hoy es el día. No siempre tenemos variedad de ingredientes, pero no dejé que eso me quitara las ganas de una pastita con queso bien suave y deliciosa. Espero les guste .

Ingredientes:

• Pasta corta
• leche entera
• pimentón
• cebolla
• espinacas
• pechuga de pollo
• condimentos y sal al gusto
• queso mozarela, queso costeño y queso campesino.

I decided to prepare a somewhat different and daring recipe. I had never prepared pasta in milk before, so today is the day. We don't always have a variety of ingredients, but I didn't let that stop me from wanting to make a very soft and delicious pasta with cheese. I hope you like it.

Ingredients:

• Short pasta
• whole milk
• paprika
• onion
• spinach
• chicken breast
• seasoning and salt to taste
• mozzarella cheese, queso costeño and queso campesino.

Pongo aproximadamente 600 ml de leche a calentar en una olla. Mientras pico la cebollita, pimentón y espinacas, previamente bien lavadas.

I put approximately 600 ml of milk to heat in a pot. Meanwhile I chop the onion, bell pepper and spinach, previously well washed.

Sofrio la cebolla junto con el pimentón, y alestar sofreído, los retiro del fuego, y agrego la pechuga picada en cuadritos para sofreir el pollo.
Lo sofrio con orégano, pimienta y sal.

I sauté the onion together with the paprika, and once it is sautéed, I remove it from the heat, and add the diced chicken breast to sauté the chicken.
I sauté it with oregano, pepper and salt.

Cuando ya está cocido el pollo íntegro los vegetales y apago el fuego.
Con la leche ya a punto de hervir le echo la pasta a cocinar y le agrego media cucharada de mantequilla ghee.

When the milk is about to boil I add the pasta to cook and add half a tablespoon of ghee butter.

Mientras la pasta se va cosiendo, voy a rallar los quesos. El queso costeño es duro y salado, el queso campesino es suave y bajo en sal, y el mozarela es perfecto para esta receta porque se derrite y humecta la pasta.

While the dough is sewing, I will grate the cheeses. The queso costeño is salty, the queso campesino is mild and low in salt, and the mozzarella is perfect for this recipe because it melts and moistens the dough.

Con la pasta ya suave y cocida, vamos a agregar la espinaca y los tres quesos. Integramos bien los ingredientes y dejamos que se derritan los quesitos.

Once the pasta is soft and cooked, add the spinach and the three cheeses. We integrate the ingredients well and let the cheeses melt.

Agregamos el pollo con vegetales y mezclamos bien.

Add the chicken and vegetables and mix well.

El siguiente paso es servir y disfrutar. La verdad quedó delicioso, muy cremoso, y con mucho sabor.
Un atrevimiento que seguramente volveré a repetir, nunca pensé hacer pasta con leche y con quesitos comunes colombianos. Vale la pena siempre probar.
