The tools I use at home weekend-engagement week [149]

Greetings,

Dear friends what good topics we have this week, I hope you get a lot of benefit from the theme raised by @galenkp.

For my part for being a mechanic I chose the following proposal.

The men - Your tool
No chaps, not your dick...Show us the most handy, valued or used tool in your workshop. I don't mean mobile phones here, I mean tools that you use to make and fix stuff. Your own photos are essential for this post and you must write at least 300 words.

Without needing to be mechanics we men always have some kind of tool to do work at home or correct any detail to the car.

I am one of those who think that the most useful tool that we can have and that we should know how to use is our brain because without thinking, analyzing we can not solve the difficulties that we face, we can have the best tools but if we do not know what they are for they are totally useless.

But that can get a little out of the subject so I show you the tools at least for the house that are useful.

Screwdrivers.

A flat screwdriver and a cross screwdriver at home are always useful since most of the common failures are in electrical appliances or in some electrical outlet and more in Venezuela where electrical power fails so much.

I have always wanted to know why the screwdriver has that name and is not called screwdriver, over time I have come to the conclusion that its name is because everything you buy comes screwed and to repair we must always disassemble I hope I'm right hehe.

Pliers.

The pliers there are many models and with many utilities, there are with insulators to work electricity, some bring a guillotine to cut cables and wires, others are of thin spreads and some of pressure.

I only have two at home, one of them is a thin tip type and the other one is a little old, but it can still get its paw out of the mud to solve any inconvenience.

With them I can fix any wires that fail or remove any hex head screws where the pliers can access.

The wrench and the 10mm die.

These tools really are somewhat useless at home but when we talk about the work in the workshop is one of the most common to work but with it there is a problem and is that it is the most elusive tool I want someone in the comments how many of these have lost.🤣🤣

All tools are useful but as I said at the beginning if we have the ability and knowledge to use them, I have many tools and many of them I know that many people do not know of their existence for example I have a 3 1/2 inch die I am sure that those who read this publication have never seen one and much less worked with it.

The world of tools is endless and for us men going to a Home Depot store is like a toy store for men so be happy having the tools that you like and that you find useful.

Thank you for joining me in these lines and may God bless you greatly.

The photos are my property taken with the Infinix Hot 10 i cell phone.

Hi happy Sunday, the tools you have are basic and very useful, yours are beautiful.

I got a laugh out of your comment at the end, if going to a tool shop is like a toy shop for men my dad has his own toy shop at home.

I love to go into a hardware store and if I go shopping I get more excited, I like shoe stores and clothing stores but a hardware store too, it is a taste that I acquired in 2010 when I learned a little bit about the art of goldsmithing.

I have a Dremer with all its accessories, at the moment I have two hammers, one rubber and one not, a bench grinder, a blowtorch, a jig saw, and some other toys hehe.

A big hug.🤗

Oh, so me and your wrench are just the same. We are both useless, just kidding. What is 3 1/2 die by the way? Just heard it for the first time
