Process of disassembly and assembly of a drill
Greetings,
Dear friends once again here with something new, but well we mechanics have to know and do a little bit of everything and more if it is to keep our precious tools in tune.
In the video you can see the process of disassembly and assembly of a SKILL brand drill that got stuck and when I went to disassemble thinking it was maintenance of the brushes or a bearing I found a major damage and was that it burst part of the gear where the brushes work.
When looking to get the spare part to extend the life of my drill the budgets were very high so I had to reassemble and put on priority list to buy a new one since the enduro is around 35$ and a new drill is available from 40$ and up.
This failure is nothing that can be caused by use only a failure of the part so we can not blame anyone for it.
We just have to resign ourselves and go out in search of a new one as it is a very useful tool in our tool closet.

For the disassembly of this equipment only requires a tor or star wrench number 20 and a flat screwdriver.

Queridos amigos una vez más por aquí con algo nuevo, pero bueno los mecánicos nos toca saber y hacer de todo un poco y más si es para mantener a tono nuestras preciadas herramientas.
En el vídeo pueden observar el proceso de desarmado y armado de un taladro marca SKILL que se me tranco y cuando fui a desarmar pensando que era mantenimiento de las escobillas o un rodamiento me encontré con un daño mayor y fue que se reventó parte del enducido donde trabajan las escobillas.
Al buscar conseguir el repuesto para alargar la vida de mi taladro los presupuestos eran muy altos así que me tocó volver a ensamblar y poner en lista de prioridades el comprar uno nuevo ya que el enducido ronda los 35$ y un taladro nuevo se consigue desde 40$ en adelante.
Está falla no es nada que se pueda causar por uso solo una falla de la pieza así que no podemos culpar a nadie por ello.
Solo nos toca resignarnos y salir en busca de uno nuevo ya que es una herramienta muy útil en nuestro closet de herramientas.

Para el desarmado de este equipo solo se requiere de una llave tor o estrella número 20 y un destornillador plano.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Es impresionante que en este país los costos de repuestos son altos, yo optaría igual que tú, comprara uno nuevo. Y fijate el trabajo lo estás haciendo túy se ve perfecto en el video, ya aprendí a hacerlo 😁, pero si lo llevaras a una persona, pues te dice 35$ el repuesto y 10 o 20 $ la mano de obra... por cualquier opción lo mejor siempre es comprar uno nuevo.
Si vale aquí por todos lados te quieren sacar los ojos con los precios
Muy bueno tu vídeo Chalbed, estás dominando las herramientas de edición y el final me gustó mucho.
A mi también se me daño el taladro y gracias a Dios que tuvo arreglo, sin embargo, los repuestos estaban caros, pero en ésta oportunidad, si valió la pena.

Oye que pena que no se pudo arreglar el taladro, y que tengas que comprar uno nuevo, pero hiciste un gran video. Yo no me meto con las herramientas de mi papá, pero es muy bueno saber cómo se puede desarmar si es necesario

Por un momento me hiciste recordar a mi hermano. De la cocina al taller jejeje..
Es que en una oportunidad iba a hacer una torta y se dañó la batidora.
Entonces lo vemos ir al taller abrir el taladro, repararle algo y regresam.lo deja bien limpio...
¿¿¿Y nosotros??? Y que pasará con la torta. Jejeje
Pues resulta que justo uno de los brazos de la batidora( los batidores pues) calzaba en el agujero del taladro y con eso batio la torta a toda potencia jajaja...

Te sale mejor comprar uno nuevo...que caro el repuesto 🤪 y es ilógico verdad pero así pasa muchas veces. Ya por lo menos sabes revistarlo cuando te suceda algún inconveniente con algún taladro, porque hasta la revisión es costosa.

Te felicito, fue muy buena tu iniciativa en reparar tu mismo ésta herramienta tan util logrando asi un mejor funcionamiento. Son muy costosas para desecharla.
Y yo pensando que había un final feliz jajaja. Cuando pequeño me gustaba desarmar cosas para luego armarlas pero le perdí interés XD
Seguro que las dejabas desarmadas jejejeje, no de verdad que es una lastima perder esa herramienta
Es la triste realidad de algunas herramientas, son vitales pero cuando se comienzan a dañar, sale mejor comprar otra en vez de repararla, al menos en las herramientas de menores costos como taladros y similares.
