Hello friends, Happy Wednesday, it's been a long time since I last shared with you my hikes and today I'm going to share two, the first one to the runners, the Little devil, and the hike to the waterfall, the volcanera, both were done on a trip through the state of Barinas in Venezuela, just a few months ago.

Hike to the corridors, the Little devil

trekkign corredores del diablo sin uso.jpg

Very early in the morning after breakfast the entire excursion group was ready to start the hike to these corridors, which are a river with a strong influx of water and erosion that has worn away the rocks in its path creating a kind of corridor where people can slide as if it were a slide, hence the name corridors and the devil is because everything in the town of Calderas is focused on the devil, the town is called Calderas, there is the devil's cave and the same runners the devil, the walk to get there also seems brought by Satan himself, but as good always triumphs the walk makes you reflect on the obstacles of life, how fortunate we are to see such beautiful natural spaces, also on the respect that should be had to nature.

In short, this hike requires great concentration and tests your nerves and desire to achieve the goal, to finally reach a beautiful place with crystal clear water and cold as ice, during the hike which is no more than 2 hours you pass through different natural spaces some clear where you can see the sky, others full of vegetation, large trees and moisture, ravines and slippery terrain both on land and stones.

I enjoyed this hike, as well as my companions, even a beautiful little dog served us as a guide and bathed in the corridors, the little devil.

This hike was the most awaited by me, although my body was exhausted by the previous day's hike to the runner's the Little devil, they said it was longer and exhausting and we were told to bring enough water and a hat or cap to protect us from the sun in addition to using sunscreen, the adventure began when we got on a truck that transported us for an hour over the hills and left us at the entrance of the Volcanera, which is the mouth of a river, but only large rocks were seen as if in that place they were dynamited a mountain.

That was the only way to get to the waterfall, walking along the rocks bordering the river that did not exist because only rocks were seen, until we began to hear the water, running, on this walk I felt intimidated by what my eyes saw, I felt so small in the vastness of nature, I walked in a maze between the rocks that covered my sight, sometimes I had to jump between one rock and another with all the security in the world because a false step was a sure accident. My whole body was put to the test between endurance, flexibility, and strength and when I felt that I could not take it anymore, I would stop, take a deep breath and look around me at all the beauty of the mountains.

This has been the walks I wanted to share today, thank you very much for joining me, This is my participation for the #wednesdaywalk initiative organized by @tattoodjay with the collaboration of @elizacheng .

It seems you enjoyed your hiking with your friends and the amazing view of the place was spectacular. I think the highlight for me is the waterfalls. It's something that I wanted to see whenever I do some hike as well. !PIZZA

For some time now I've been enjoying trips where nature is the protagonist, waterfalls are always magical.

Thank you, I send you a big hug. @dennnmarc 🤗🥰

These walks in the middle of nature show us how small we are before its immensity, but also the importance of preserving it as it is, in order to avoid ecological imbalance and allow others to enjoy it as much as we do.
**

Lindo comentario amiga gracias.
