Weekend reading | [WE 119]

A happy weekend to all!

Greetings to friends enjoying the weekend and sharing their experiences.

Weekend reading

What book are you reading this weekend and why? What do you love about it? This response has to be about a book you're currently reading, not one you read previously. Photograph the book as your image for this post. (Your own photos only.) Bonus points for telling us what the next book on your list to read is and why?

Years ago I took up the habit of reading and I think of all the habits I have this is the most valuable, I am currently reading a book that has become my favorite and will be the one I keep on my nightstand forever, the one I will never lend out for fear of losing it.

I don't know how it came into my hands, I don't remember if it was a gift or some book I borrowed, it's funny I don't remember where it came from, I assure you I didn't steal it 😂, but if I had known the information inside I would steal it without remorse.

This book is about an important and mysterious topic that surrounds life, and it is about death 🤣😅, that which we do not know and we all fear, it is titled Pasar de Plano (there is no death), its genre is spiritual and metaphysical and I liked it so much that I am making an analysis and summary that I upload weekly in #hivebookclub, I am already in the middle and every day it gets more interesting.

Title: Pasar de Plano (There is no death)
Author: Araceli Egea

I feel that it has answered doubts that have been with me since childhood and I would like everyone to read it, for example, that we are not at the end of the world as the sacred scriptures say and there will not be an apocalypse of destruction.

Another thing is that it is not possible for the total annihilation of life by the fact of leaving the body of flesh, that is to say, to die physically, if in nature everything is renewed, it restarts a cycle, why should not the same thing happen with the human being?

These are some of my conclusions after reading the book

There is no death because it is a change to another dimension, although the physical body perishes, life continues to other planes of existence. The act of dying can be compared to the action of taking off one's clothes to put on another, just as no one dies by taking off their clothes, no one dies by leaving the material body on the earthly plane.

The sacred scriptures say "the human being is made of dust and in dust, he will become dust" is not true either and without wanting to enter into controversy I will explain this point better as I understood it from the book.

Dust are atoms that, when grouped, are integrated into various forms, no human being is only the body that covers it nor the matter of which it is made, therefore, no one is "dust only" we are also energy and it is what never dies is transformed, as an example, we have the electricity that we can look when a material element is used to visualize a light bulb or an engine, but without this electricity continues to exist, it can travel in other elements such as water, among others. Energy does not die and science has shown that matter does not die either, our body transforms into dust and can be grouped with other elements and a beautiful flower can emerge.

The next book that is on my list to read, is Atomic Habits, by the author James Crear, I have received good comments about it and at this point in my life I want to change many bad habits because I feel that I waste valuable time, then creating new habits is essential to achieve goals and lead a pleasant life, I want to read it and put into practice their exercises to the end to say every second of my life, every experience to valid all the effort and be able to leave satisfied with my achievements.

This has been my participation in [Week 119] Weekend-Engagement concept and I want to invite @irvinc and @daniel2001 to join this week. Thank you

Hello friend, nice to greet you. I know the book although I have not read it. My mother, many years ago when I was still young haha initiated in metaphysics and took it upon herself to pass on to me some of her knowledge and habits. She has almost the complete collection of those books

In the 70s and 80s that philosophy was very fashionable, those books no longer come out and are difficult to find. If your mum has it, it's a little treasure.

I've always liked those subjects, they really catch my attention. @lisrl26 🤗

This book is pretty interesting though. I'm reading spiritual and character development books, but not metaphysical books yet. I'm quite intrigued. Since it was written in Spanish, I wouldn't able to understand it. This is a good one. Love your review @soyunasantacruz.

The habit you have for reading is admirable, I want to do it, in fact I set it as a goal at the end of 2021, and this year I have only read Who took my cheese? and a part of the Monk who sold his Ferrari 😁😏 and motivated me because he wanted to participate in an initiative. I hope I can encourage this habit once in my life. Blessings. Thank you very much for supporting my publication, @equipodelta and @curangel.
