Appreciate Everything

Yesterday, as I drove back home from buying baby diapers, I cannot help but appreciate the sunset. Red traffic light. Busy streets. Crowded surroundings. As I stare at the sun setting down, I remember how I prayed for what I have today. Before, we can only eat on Jollibee when there's an occation. Before, we do not have our own television and/or refrigerator. Before, we do not have electric fans and most of the time, we are soaking wet from sweating while sleeping. Before, drinking Coca Cola is only for Christmas or New Year. Before, life was hard.

Now, we get used to enjoy these things that we prayed before. We get used to live a more comfortable life than before. Most importantly, we are still alive striving to live our lives. So thank God for everything. Appreciate everything. Because what you might have today might have been a prayer for someone else.
