A Kingdom Born - New Tract Plot

I did a thing... Years ago I bought a tract of land for 1,700,000 DEC which seems so crazy low compared to today lol Today I got to survey my land and with it see what makes up my new found kingdom with a keep.

Introducing plot 102! Out here in the cold Tundra and from what I can tell some of the worst stats on land sadly lol Time will tell though as this land seems like it's going to be hard to really do anything with it's kind of a dead zone when you think about farming, cutting down trees etc and that has me a bit worried now...

From the 100 plots of land I surveyed I picked up...
1 Keep
4 Occupied lands (all common) (+1 more than expected)
14 Magic (a few rare) (+2 more than expected)

Of which
1 Plot is Legendary (common)

4 Plots are Epic

24 Plots are Rare (+4 more than expected)

Overall not bad. I was really hoping a rare for occupied at least and that legendary to have something on it would have been super nice. Overall though not bad and I still have 42 other plots around still to survey.

Also a side note I bought building in a box on ALL plots and then for 7 plots picked up the time crystals and food.

I have 42 more plots I can survey that are scattered around at the moment. My plans are to max the building, time and totems if totems are not tired to that particular plot of land and can be used on others.

I'm eager to see how lucky I get with my other 42 plots of land. Just landing a few occupier on magic could be a game changer on those other plots.

The big bonus for me is that water splinter is actully my highest PP area in terms of splinters. I'm pretty pumped to be able to use my huge PP lol called Gold Foil Valnamor! I can't even find this bugger on the open markets so I'm betting it would fetch a high price. aka if anyone is serious about buying it I'll let it go for $125,000 and list it on the market ;)

I'm totally pumped for what will come next for land. Some time in Q2 it seems like we will be able to clear our plots of land which is something I'll be doing starting from legendary to epic to rare and then commons.
